Nick NNothing at all, the service at Cary Tire was awesome. Thank goodness because we made the reservation by phone with someone with Uhaul in the US and even though we said we wanted to pick up the truck at Carey Tire (only five minutes away) they made the contract for us to pick the truck up in Maine, a full day's journey there and back. Plus they said we had to return it to Maine when we were done despite it being a three day journey to where we were moving. The person in the US also didn't understand Canadian geography. They thought we had states and that one of them was called New Brunswick Ontario!

Par contre, on doit signaler notre très bonne expérience avec votre agent régional, Antonia (au 888-438-3323), qui était plus qu'excellente. Au fond, c'est grâce à elle et à sa compréhension de notre situation que nous avons pu effectuer un déménagement réussi.
Albright AI think making sure the cx knows if maybe there will be a tick or a noise in the truck. Also too making sure if a cx comes in just for a “quote” to make sure the booking made to make the “quote” gets cancelled so the cx isn’t getting text msgs and phone calls asking if they are coming to pick up the truck. But good experience overall.

Wayne VThis truck was to be a transfer to Grand Manan from Saint Stephen.I was told there would be no drop off charge if I picked it up in Saint Stephen and used it to move cargo to Grand Manan but was charged one.Will not use or recomend this service to any one.
lloyd mwife called and ordered truck... none available but have trailer, we are not on the island but need to move family member (mother in law) 86 years old off island. rental price says $29.95 on web site. we call a friend who agrees to go to Cary Tire and pick up trailer, wife gives credit card info, as they would not be open on Saturday when we are coming. Friend picks up signs contract delivers trailer on Friday 28th, and we arrive 29th to find a dirty trailer.. broken glass, broken light bulbs and inside covered in mud....it had to be sweep and scrubbed... and the contract told us that we were charged $197.00 for a $30.00 rental because we dropped it off closest UHaul to us. Last ffffnnn time we ever rent from you assholes. Customer Service was very rude when we called, twice. I hope you choke on the $200.00 you ripped us off for.
LOREN FWhen I pic up the truck it said need a oil change made me uncomfortable to drive but I had no choice.Door key hard to turn.and rolling door very hard to move need to be oiled.

shane bThe headlights were severly out of adjustment making it very difficult to see driving at night. There was also noticable play in the steering at highway speeds. And there should not be summer tires on your trucks in Canada in the middle of winter. I had a hell of a racket getting up my driveway, even after having it plowed. It was the worst thing I have ever drove in snow.

HERB STruck broke down in my yard at 10 AM,had to be towed away later in the afternoon.Had a man hired for the day,unable to complete the move
VAN WAgent did not tell me I have to wait to get my deposit back. He told me as soon as I return the tow dolly I get my deposit back. And come to find out I have to wait 2 weeks to receive my deposit back. Not Impressed !!!!!
matthew bEnsure customers are aware that reservations are not a guarantee of the availiability of a truck at the scheduled day and pickup time. Do not overbook or even book so tightly, especially on holiday weekends.

MORRILL IThe only thing I wasnt happy about was the man asked for my credit card when I reserved and I asked him if my card was going to be charged and he said no, I pay cash when I drop the truck off. Well when my fiance and dad dropped off the truck the u-haul place said it was already paid for. Yea, all charged to my credit card. I was not happy.
