ALEXANDER LThe staff were condescending and not helpful. There is no room for parking here, and it's difficult to maneuver the big trucks. The employee did not do a vehicle walk-around with us, nor did they offer to check the fuel level or provide a receipt. I felt very uncomfortable just leaving it with them and receiving no confirmation or proof of my drop-off.

I only wish the online check-in information that I typed in transferred to the store's computer so They didn't have to ask me all the same question s again. I had decided that I didn't want to rent the furniture dolly which I changed online, which wasn't changed at the shop. It's a minor irritant, I will use them again.

Jerry JPick up was relatively easy. A little challenge off hours due to permissions for phone to use location and camera, but it worked out. Return was easy and on site staff was very helpful. No place to leave a car when picking up, so plan for that.

amy bHowever, I have but one issue with the 10' truck's fuel gauge. The contract shows 3/8, but I see closer to 1/4 (around 5/16). When done, I filled by giving one extra gallon to make even at 3/8. U-haul owes me one gallon of gas at $5. Please adjust the setting. Your reimbursement would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John L

MaryEllen MI'm sure the experience is much better when the location is open, but picking up a truck on Sunday is another story, and I'll not do it again. Though I made a reservation about a week ahead of my pick up date, I was not able to complete the required steps until LITERALLY AT THE LOCATION. It literally required me to have my GPS show as at the location, or to scan a bar code at the location. They required photos of myself, my license, and additional information that was never requested when the reservation was made. I was over half an hour late because of their "approval" process that should have been completed AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. If there was any other reasonable option, I'd probably not use U Haul again.

Would like to give a huge shout out to the excellent staff, all very helpful and friendly, and especially to Kim, the onsite manager, who personifies the gold standard of professional and courteous customer service in every way, thank you very much!
