I was sent to this location after originally reserving for the equipment in Starkville. There is an inconvenient factor UHaul doesn't seem to recognize other than adding extra miles. I was coming from out of state and almost had to pay for a hotel that I couldn't use given the change of pick-up location. Uhaul need to either 1) hold the reservation better and/or 2) notify the customer 72 hours or more of any pick-up location changes.William B.

He did not give me all the information needed. Did not let me know there would be an after hours drop off fee. He charged me an extra $21 and said it was corporates fault. And did not give me a copy of my contract. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Very poor customer service. The whole experience from the start was very disorganized. My wife called to schedule a UHAUL. We were told that we'd be picking it up in Winona (where we lived) & also told that we could pick it up after hours & that the key would be left somewhere for us. We later found out that this wasn't an option & were told wrong. Then the location of where we needed to pick up the UHAUL was 40 minutes out of our way. After picking up the UHAUL & dolly, we had issues with the tires spinning on the dolly which led to it bouncing. Once I finally attached my car to the dolly, we had issues with one of the chains being too short. As soon as I made the first turn, the chain broke on the dolly. I also realized that information about how much gas was in the tank when I originally picked it up was not the accurate amount which led me to putting in more fuel at the end of everything.PAUL G.

Customers want an early start to loading the trucks. 10:00 is too late to begin. We should be able to pick up trucks by 8:00. This place in Grenada, MS was supposed to open at 10:00 and she was late. Ugh!Kim G.

UHaul told me the 3 dollies & 12 furniture pads I rented would be with the truck. When my son picked up truck in Grenada they said I had picked them up in Greenwood. I had not because I was told they'd be with the truck. Therefore we were left with NO dollies to move with and only 6 furniture pads that Grenada location gathered up. Grenada location told my son I'd be refunded for this but so far no refund.BLAKE J.
Location was closed even though it was during business hours. I called, and the owner said his wife had to leave so he'd help me over the phone. I had to find the trailer, give him the numbers off of it, find the dolly in a shed with an old pool table and tanning bed in it, hook it up with no help (no jack on the trailer tongue, so it was heavy), and then had to text pictures to him for verification it was connected right. Had I not had previous experience with trailers, things could have gone seriously wrong.EDWARD M.

Well first off you can start by not overcharging on the trailers. I rented a trailer for one day they charge me for four days since I wasn't bringing it back to the same location I was taking it to another state. But still four days is ridiculous and I didn't need it but one day and they end up charging me $112 comparisons to one day for $40 a total rip off . Never again will I rent there and will not recommend U-Haul for trailersFelicia D.

Windshield was covered with bugs, mirrors were filthy, looked like a animal licked the passenger window, glass, nails and other garbage in the back of the truck.. No manual on how to operate some of the functions on the dash.Jeffery S.

The trailer was dirty when l got home to load. The ball hitch did not tighten down as tight as I thought it should. It never came lose but did a lot of jerking back and forth. It did the job it held the stuff I needed to move and was no major problem.edward O.
