No one was there when I came, when I picked up the U-Haul, I got stuck, the rear door was frozen stuck. It was a lot of time spent trying to open to that, truck also died on me twice as well which also killed a lot of time and forced me to have to extend. Truck died when we were at a gas station. Overall it was a terrible experience. I am waiting for a manager to still give me a call.

i opted online for “no insurance needed” and when i got to the place the guy put me down for the “safe move” insurance and i contacted customer service before i left the lot and they said the store would contact me or customer service will contact me back and help resolve it and nothing yet. but it was quick to bill me.

Very easy process on dropping off the vehicle even after hours all went well and I spoke to the owner of the company the next day and he said he had it all taken care of that the vehicle was checked back in and all was good so yes that was an easy process also thank you Pat at cash flow U-Haul U-Haul in Bellevue Nebraska

I was charged for packing pads that were not used. I contacted the main office and they were to provide a message to the location that they were not used. The items were not even unpacked

This by far was the greatest experience with knowledgeable people who made sure we got the right size truck for the right move. Coffee Cake and Doughnuts 🍩 would be great but suckers will do lol.

7 yrs ago moving here we dropped off our truck there and it was not an enjoyable experience. Less than friendly helpful people. This time was a completely different experience and was quick and very friendly staff.

The manager on duty was carrying a firearm on his hip out in the open which I found odd. He was also very worked up about a problem with his personal business that he was dealing with while attempting to help me. He was so busy I had to go back in and remind him that he needed to take a picture of the trailer before I could leave. He was very unprofessional and made the whole office feel uncomfortable. Then I got my receipt the next day after dropping off the trailer and noticed that I had an extra charge on there for a “Safe Tow” coverage which I know I opted out of when I reserved the trailer online. I would definitely not go back. Very unprofessional.

The truck was a disaster. I drove it to the bank to pick up cash to buy what I was hauling and it would not restart. It also had several dysfunctional problems, like a mirror that was not adjustable and a rail broken in the cargo box. I did not get a truck till the next day. The second truck was fine.

The truck that I used held up great! My only concern was the truck was not cleaned out on the inside. There were sauce stains, wrappers, a sock, and a toy car that were left in the truck. Other than that, customer service was outstanding and I recieved all the help that I needed.

Because we were unable to get our truck at 6AM due to not being able to get the padlock to unlock for the keys. Since I don't know the reason for this I can only say that the people were nice but the whatever was wrong with the lock needs to be fixed. Other than that I would not hesitate to suggest this location to any of our family or friends. thanks and God Bless

I walked in for service and was expecting to get turned away but they had exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman that checked me out was still learning and he took extra care to ensure everything was correct in billing. Once all that was taken care of he helped me hook up the trailer and made sure the lights worked properly prior to leaving. Excellent customer support provided. I wish I could remember his name to give him proper credit for going above and beyond.

Upon returning my truck I did a self-check in. When it completed, I was charged an additional amount. I went inside to check on this and was told I was a couple hours late. She completely understood the late reason since there was a blizzard going on and icy roads. She did tell me that had I not self-checked she would not have charged me especially since there was no one waiting to rent the truck. She gave me the 800-phone line and told me to call them for a possible refund. I have done that and am waiting for a response now.

I was told the location was open till 1:45 on Sat. I picked up the trailer around 12:00 and had to leave to get a different ball. When I returned I was still having issues getting the car loaded. I went to the door to get some help at 1:10 and they had already locked the doors and would not answer. Will never rent from them again. Also when I called to reserve the trailer I was quoted a price of $149 for the rental. I asked the rep on the phone 3 times during our conversation if that was the total price and was told yes. When I got to the rental location the charge was $186.19. This was not at all what I was told when reserving. I will not rent from U-haul in the future as I DO NOT appreciate a bait and switch. I've tried multiple times to contact U-haul customer service to see if I could resolve this issue but the customer service is terrible. Have never been able to talk to a customer service rep as the wait on hold times are 3 times longer than what the recording tells you. Was told multiple times 5 to 10 minutes and 30 minutes later nothing. Customer service in every industry is dead these days. Bottom line I will never rent from U-haul again unless some calls me to resolve the extra $37.19 I was not made aware of.

Online reservation system is unclear. All indications at the start showed pickup at a location 35 miles from home. One text listed another location 45 miles from home (30 miles from expected start). It looked like an error as all other information was unchanged. There was no mention in any communication that pickup location had changed. Due to this confusion, I was 45 minutes late for the movers, who charged $250/hour. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone who had the choice.

Again, problems with using the mobile app for the return. Certainly not the fault of the store. It eventually worked. My only gripe was the location hours are 8 am to 2 pm and I arrived shortly after 1:30 pm and no one was there. If the app had been working, I wouldn't have needed them, but it looked like I might when I was only getting "unexpected error" messages on the app. Unnecessary stress added to the already stressful event of relocation.

Inside of cab...dash, around knobs, etc...was dusty. Floor around seat legs and around floor mat was dirty. It had rocks and other debris. Outside of windshield was dirty and windshield washer didn't work.
