My reservation was canceled when I came to pick up my truck. I had made it over the phone 2 days prior with a live person and somehow it got canceled. Luckily they had another truck but the customer service was horrible. The "head guy" at this location is so rude, not only to the customers but to his own employees. He had a girl on her own and seemed irritated when she asked for his help because she became busy. He has no people skills and frankly should not run a buisiness. I can say I will never use this location again, if I ever choose to use U-Haul in the future, and I will make sure others know of this as well. Horrible experience, and this is our 2nd horrible experience here.

In the beginning I ordered a pick-up to take to the dump. I received 2 calls from the U-haul Distribution Site in Council Bluffs IA asking if I would choose something different because another customer needed the truck as well. In the end I am glad I was upgraded to a Box Truck due the load and amount of time it took to wait in line, but I feel more of the pick-up trucks are needed and since I needed a box truck I had to pay the $14 insurance since it is not covered under my personal insurance since its classified as a utility truck unlike a pick-up would be covered. All in all it worked out but I suggest you consider my suggestions.

Steering felt loose, truck wandered all over road, seemed like truck had to low of gearing in rear end or overdrive was not working, would be at 2600 rpm at 60 mph wasting fuel. Carrier bearing on driveshaft or u-joint making noise going down road. Truck needs better maintenance. Rear tires are almost bald.

The overhead door on the trailer was difficult to lift up and down. The handle was always stuck on the rubber weather stripping.

My rental was originally at 204 Galvin Rd N, Bellevue, NE 68005: the guy never showed up to work all day Sunday. I called multiple times and went there and my reserved 26' truck was sitting there unlocked, but no one there to give me the keys. Beyond awful! I called the guy at Cashflow Billing, and he did all the work to get me set straight, and held a great conversation the whole time. No issues with Cashflow Billing: the service was excellent, and he went out of his way to help my friend and I out. I'll recommend him to anyone in Bellevue and needs a good truck from a great guy.

We dropped off after hours, but did call to confirm we would be doing so on 10/03/16. When I called to ask if they processed the the truck for drop off, the clerk said "hold on" and transferred me to scheduling. When Mike answered, he told me they never closed out the contract, he would call and see what was up and call me back. I didn't get a call. Just an email stating this was my receipt. I turned the truck in 2 days early, should I receive a discount on my early return?

Pat Shannon was very helpful each time I came in. It was the first time I had ever pulled a trailer and I had a lot of questions about sizes, driving, and hitches. Pat answered all of them.

We had a confirmed reservation for another pick-up location and when we arrived at the correct time, there was no truck for us. Our entire morning was delayed having to search for another truck of which none the same size was found. We are very disappointed in this service. We had to accept a much smaller truck and were not even offered a discount for this whole mess! Terrible!

This place was hit hard by a devastating flood. We dropped the trailer at night there was no need for anyone to be there. They are doing the best they can.

One of the best managed Uhaul locations I have been too. And I have used many Uhaul locations in several states over the years. This guy knew the equipment and more importantly the software he was using to help reserve the unit I needed very quickly and accurately. Nice guy too! Wished all locations had people like this! Excellent experience!
