The trailer had two defective tires, and required a delay of 3 hours for support staff to come and change the tires. The individual responsible for changing the tires only changed 1 instead of both, said he would return to change the second and never did. The delay caused a significant alteration to our travel plans. Very unsatisfied with service.

Gas tank only had 1/4 tank but my original receipt stated 1/2. The cab was NOT cleaned before I took it plus I had to take the truck over to the UHaul company to get the tire replaced because it was low.

I would suggest that when it is extremely hot, the customer is old and wearing dress slacks and shirt, it would in my opinion be better service to hook up the trailer for the old guy and not merely ask the customer if he needs any help. I guess next time I will insist they hook up the trailer.

Train your customer service representatives so they know how to do their job, not just guess and rent equipment that people can not use, like they did with me. This was a terrible experience for me! Took 21 hrs to get to my destination ! 3 times longer than usual.

I have been actively using uhaul on Univ. and Kermit hwy. those ladies were the best. This Cashway lumber is very disappointing. The 26' had trash in the bed. The 2- dozen blankets I reserved a month ago were not available. The cab had rotting cigarettes in the cab. That was nice to smell the entire trip. No cruise control, so I had to use a 1960's style driving system for 1100- miles...thank you for that. This is clearly the few instances I will discontinue using or recommending uhaul.
