Jose MillanThis truck needs some maintenance. The gear shift is very loose and the back door came off line and the door popped open. I lost five hours of moving time waiting on roadside (who could not fix it) and a new truck (which he could not transfer). The roadside assistants (I made several calls and it was not resolved in the computer) did not complete an emergency swap and I had to complete a whole new rental. It was an awful day yesterday.

Sandra OrtegoI don't know how or why UHaul trailers don't have a jack to lift them. I could barely connect the trailer when it was empty, and when it was full, I had to use the jack from my truck to lift it. I don't know how it's expected for anyone to pick up the trailer but hand when it's loaded to connect it. Poor design of the trailer that can easily be fixed. Also would like to see a ramp on the trailer because it's very difficult to load heavy boxes with a dolly not having a ramp.

Cassandra JoyceThe original spot I selected for pick up was the main Uhaul store on entrance road. They sent me to the Polk pit stop on Lake Charles highway which had rented my truck out to someone else the day I had a scheduled pick up. Then they sent me to Castle and they fixed the issue efficiently and with great customer service.

ROBERT BLACKDo NOT shift the burden of picking up a trailer onto the customer! I reserved a trailer at a Neighborhood Uhaul location within 5 miles of my home, Uhaul then shifted my reservation to a Uhaul almost 35 miles from my house! That is unacceptable! Fortunately, I was able to get a trailer from thee location above (Castle Storage) which was closer to my house but didn't get offered as a pickup location when Uhaul shifted it on me. It's as if Uhaul has the collective corporate heads shoved up their collective corporate asses!
