SHANNON WRIGHTI was billed for a second day, I brought the trailer back within 25 hours, I was an hour late waiting on weather, should have returned the trailer back on time and had the associate come out and disconnect the trailer during the thunderstorm, going to Home Depot or Lowe's in the future, see ya
Thomas Quinn IIIWrong location posted on the Uhual apps so be careful when pressing the location. One of the clerk was unpleasant and transaction took 20-25 minutes. Rolled eyes to us and insisted to return the truck to their location which I told her not gonna happen because I chose the drop off location near me during my reservation but change it anyway because she felt untitled. Over all experience: poor

We still have not received a refund:( also truck share app does not work like or look like the instructional video we watched. We had a very difficult time picking up before opening hours.
Denny CastroThis comment is not regarding the location, but about Uhaul policy as is. Is not fair to the customer that we should pay in case we deliver the gas tank lower than we received, but we won't be refunded if the gas tank is filled above of what we received, it is a shady scheme to add on the contract the number of gallons of the tank and in reality the tank be smaller so us customers fill more than what we got the truck with. and if we were to spend the gas we overfilled we pay more for the extra miles we used the truck, this cannot be called anything other than a scheme. I will most certainly not be using Uhaul services again.

Louie DemontanoGas was not at said meter when picked up. Brought it back at same level as it was when we picked it up and was told it needed to be at 7/8 which it wasn’t at that 7/8 when picked up. Took it to get filled at 7/8 which was only 2 gallon difference. also, was not informed about being charged for blankets & Dolly usage.
Maria Perez-MorenoThanks to the great people at this location for assisting me on my drop-off snafu. I was under a time crunch and the assigned location was totally behind a fence. I drove to the other location, Cattlmen's, after a very long, hot drive and asked if I could arrange to leave it at their location. They were able to call Uhaul and have them transfer the unit to them so I could be on my way. GREAT JOB CATTLEMEN'S!!!

Mark Stollhad a small problem when renting the trailer. Had reservation for pickup on Sunday 17th April. On Friday they called to say they were closed on Sunday but the trailer could be picked up on Saturday and I would still only be charged for the one day with drop off being Monday afternoon. When I arrived to get the trailer I was told the trailer was due back on Sunday. I told them that I needed it until Monday afternoon and was then informed I would have to pay for 2 days. They then informed me the trailer would also need to be back Monday morning because they had another reservation for it. I let them know that it would not be back prior to 5:00 pm as I was going to be returning from out of town with it. After much discussion and a call to uhaul and about an hour the trailer was hooked up and I was assured that I would only be paying for the one day and the return in the afternoon would not be a problem. Why does there always seem to be a problem when getting a trailer even when you go to the trouble to make a reservation several days in advance. I was the only person there for a rental and the process took entirely to long.

Alvin Lyonsthe truck was dirty inside and out.... I found a coke bottle with tabacco spit, empty drink cans and bottles, and the truck smelled horrible . the headlights were extremely dim and I was driving back from an event at midnight - I had to drive with the high beams on. Obviously NO ONE checked out - cleaned - or sanitized this truck!

Patrick PettyFriendly staff, but their uhaul trucks are not reliable. I had a 15 foot rental that had the fuel pump fail so that my one day move turned into two and I had to pay an extra day on my apartment rent. The replacement uhaul had a poor sounding engine and drove really rough. It did not break down on me like the first one though.
