The driveway to get to the location is a very steep gravel hill. returning a truck is "ok"- but leaving with at truck or even via car would be a little difficult.

Karen MMark was friendly as could be but had some troubles seeing his computer/phone and took quite a bit long er to get everything settled so I could take my rental. He wasn’t very familiar with the system. I’m not knocking mark at all just might need to find some way of better to be more knowledgeable and operational of the U-Haul systems.

Mark GLocation was very difficult to find. Was located down a hill behind a Casey’s found it by accident driving around the convince store. Was not lights anywhere

Went there looking for a U-Haul ending up having a really great friend in the process. Anyone needing to rent a U-Haul should definitely check this place out and beautiful built buildings on site as well.... Mark is awesome 😎
heather rNo one there for the return but it was Sunday so was expected. No complaints other than corporate customer service rep we talked with over the phone while having troubles with online return system was incompetent and unhelpful.
