The price I paid was well above the website from when I reserved the truck. Truck cab was filthy. Terrible brakes and suspension, I was all over the road. Probably the worst one I have ever rented. Amazingly, confirmation email and my account don't show what I agreed to for price at time of reservation, which leads me to think you're allowing customers to be fucked over by dealers. I'll most likely use Penske in the future.James S.

Your pick up here and leave it there sucks, you charge an outrages fee for leaving it at your destination and then you screw up the serial number of the unit and then force the person to bring the unit back to the original pick up location. It cost me a lot of problems and money because of your screw up.Thomas L.
The Mitchell IN, location tried to help and understood (OBVIOUSLY) the entire problem. They contacted the Bedford, IN location and... for the second time we've dealt with them they fell flat... THIS TIME, they not only cost us TIME.... they Criminaly cost us money.james H.

I had a few difficulties at this location. I would never recommend anyone renting anything including the jumpy castles. The main lady running the uhaul was completely mannerless. Non helpful and honestly just plain right rude and snotty.Crystalee L.

The Uhaul rep was very helpful and friendly. The app was not working properly and would not take pictures, so I am glad she was available to check me in. Also, the lock box for the key was very hard to open and she helped me with that as well. There was no strap for the dolly in the truck, so when it was empty it rolled around in the back of it.Beth P.

Told me I could pick my truck up at 9:00am, even though they didn't open until 12. No phone call, or txt, or email. They also gave me a dirty truck. So when I dropped it off I got charged a $25 cleaning fee for dirt that was already there. I took pictures of it and they still wouldn't refund me. Never using Uhaul again.Desiree T.

Warning light for service on the tire pressure monitoring system was on. Not the dealer's fault, but those kind of things should be addressed as soon as they show up on a rental/service vehicle. We rented the 10' box van. Very nice, decent ride and fairly quiet and comfortable. Would rent again.Shannon F.

Employees at this location were incredibly helpful with the drop off and correction of other UHAUL locations mistakes. Gave me all the information I needed to make sure the truck and trailer was dropped off safely. They even made sure I was not charged for mistakes made by the location where I picked up my rental truck. Their employee who answers the phone is incredibly friendly and was able to help in any way she could.TREVOR S.

Make sure the truck is clean, My trucks was full of dog hair, I wasn't happy about that. I had to clean the truck at my pickup point. .CARL S.
They told me my reservation was 12 on the phone but didn't put it in til 3. My truck wasn't ready to be picked up and then they gave me a much larger truck. It sounded like they never planned on giving me the size I actually needed. I had to go back because they forgot to give me the furniture dolled. They cut me a deal but big inconveniences like this on moving day are obnoxious. Also I had to wait in line forever because they are running two businesses with one front desk member. While I was waiting they were blowing up balloons right next to the table I was sitting at and one popped right next to my face. I've had great experiences elsewhere. Will use uhaul again but never at this location.LAURA E.

When I arrived at the drop off location I found out that U-Haul had changed the drop off location on their own. Finally got that resolved, then there were problems with the online check out. Customer service took forever to answer so my check out was late. Then U-Haul tried to charge me another day because of that, which I disputed. Then they tried to charge me again without acknowledging the dispute, and I had to dispute again. Once again didn't acknowledge it and went ahead and took the payment out for the extra day on their own. Will never use U-Haul againMERRILEE T.

Your web site to return equipment is garbage. I have rented a 20' truck and a 5x9 trailer in the last 2 weeks. Both times your web site wouldn't allow me to return them. Trying to use the 1-700-Uhaul phone number was a total nightmare. I never received my confirmation call the day before. I waited 58 minutes to talk to a customer representative who told me my preferred pick up time and location was not in use. They told me the truck would be 25 miles away and three hours later. Added a appliance dolly and (4) dozen furniture blankets to my order. They were not in the truck. Called the 800 # to find out what I could do about getting these items. Was told I would have to go to another Uhaul store 45 minutes away. I asked to have items removed from Bill and have email confirmation sent. This has not happened yet. I will have to call 800# again to ask for refund. If items were unavailable at this location for my order then I feel that I should have been contacted so that I could have made other arrangements. Well i called and made a reservation and was supposed to get a confirmation call and pick up the truck in loogootee. I did not receive a call so i called the toll free number and they could not find my reservation. So i rebooked and had to pick the truck up at a location further away. I was told i could pick the truck up at 9am in bedford. I get to the location at 850am. And waited til about 905am and nobody showed up. I called the number on the door and the lady had to take a shower and get ready while I sat and waited in their lot for her. She got there about 945am. By the time i was actually able to leave the lot it was almost 11am. Which put us way behind schedule. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Oh and did i mention the owner of the location stopped by and would not even get out and take care of me. She said I had to wait til her employee got there and then she left. Very very unprofessional!Darla S.

Celebrations was great. Your online 24/7 site is terrible. We had to download my husband s driver's license front and back at least 4 times. Then our first chat person abandoned us when he could not get things to go through. This was Victor, when we called back Juan assisted us afterat least two more attempts it was approved. THEN we could not get the lock undone no matter how we pushed and pulled, etc... So we werecheated out of 18 hours of getting started on our moving. Your site ia defective and we are immensely disappointed in UHAUL.Michael D.
