The website is trash. The app is somewhat better, but there were many issues with the mobile only pickup and drop off. I tried 5 times to take and upload drop off pictures, and it always sent me back to the beginning of the drop off process. I'd rather deal with an actual person.Ian P.

The truck was dirty, I had to jump the battery off twice. The air conditioner only blew out of the defroster. There was a dent between the finder and the door, making hard to open and close. The truck was a piece of junk.Tynes S.

We had an 8 am reservation and truck had no gas cap and was filthy. Ran terribly. Took us 45 minutes to leave location. Started the day off late.Todd K.
The first location did not have the auto transport and sent me to another location, which also did not have the auto transport, and I was finally able to find it there. However, in the third location they did not have the equipment I needed. I was supposed to pick up my auto transport at 7 am and I was finally able to get it at 9 am.Ibrahim B.

Location was a truck repair shop. There was no pavement at all. It has dirt and caleche roadways and parking. Other than that it was ok. The people working there were friendly and made sure I had whatever I needed to get to where I was going.Lewis C.

this has to do with my u haul experience of the 28th of December 2018, when I turned in my trailer at the u haul facility at 67068. the facility has been rated before by myself for a extremely very poor rating for turn in at 67068; as the facility will not and totally refuses to help older persons and handicapped persons with unhooking of the trailer when the trailer was turned in. u haul corporate needs to come down on this type of thing and make the owner whomever that is hire a fulltime person on call with a reachable cell number to come and assist when items are turned in. this very poor practice needs to stop immediatelyGEORGE R.
I have tried to rent a truck from the Salado, Texas location 5 times now. It has never had any trucks. Why even show a location if they never have any trucks. If someone rents from a preferred location and there are no equipment, then there should be no charge for the additional milage from the alternate location where the equipment must be picked up.Sterling H.

Employees could use a bit better customer service. When I called them to make a reservation, they were rude. So I called uhaul to make it. Then afterwards, still same thing when I called to find out why another charge was in my account. Needless to say, I won't use them again unless I have to.ashley M.

Improve customer service, was not properly greeted, truck was not ready at scheduled time for pick up, and truck was very filthy inside and outside. Vehicle needed an alignment and right rear brake and turn signal was not working at all.CHRIS C.

Our experience was not great we reserved it online at one location and when we got there they had double booked it and wanted us to drive all the way to another town we had never even been to. The man at bell tires the first location was rude and disrespect ful and didnt even care that he double booked the truck.moving day is already stressful without having to deal with that. The man at centex the second location was great very nice. They told us that they were only going to charge us for 40 miles because of the inconvenience which was good but i just got my receipt and they charged for the whole price. So now i have to spend my time again dealing with this. I usually use budget truck but wanted to give uhaul a try. Now i feel lile it was a huge mistakeJeffery C.

Centex was very helpful. The truck I was given is a whole other matter. It was a quick turn because it was received the day prior to my rental. It had a bent rear axle where the right rear wheel set was literally toe out about 10 degrees. This caused the truck to track sideways down the road. To the point where the rear was over the line into the next lane on some narrow roads. There were no other trucks available according to Centex, and my schedule did not allow me to wait, so I had to accept this unsafe truck. Also the shocks on it were shot. Very poor shaky ride.Andrew I.

Location was difficult to find- obviously not their primary business. Trailer was dirty- not ready for pick up. Upon returning home to load- noticed right side tire was signifigantly low on pressure. Bought a tow bar and ball on line- had to pick up at different location- on arrival to pick up- no record of it in their system- never heard of me- thankfully I had printed receipt and reference #- after 35 minutes of dinking around trying to find it in their system- and manager finally showing up- he gave me what I need and sent me on my way. Purchased this 5 days prior- should not have had to wait around 35 minutes for them to figure it out- especially as it took U-Haul 35 seconds to charge and withdraw the funds for the purchase. Then off to find other location to pick up trailer-- reference beginning of review.Dale T.

I reserved my rental online 5 days in advance. It was not ready for pick up at the temple location as planned. I had to drive to the nolanville facility to pick up another truck. I was delayed for 3 hours to begin my move. I still have not received a refund for the remaining days. I was charged for 3 days and only used the truck for one day.michael D.

The guy just pointed to where he wanted me to park the trailer. No assistance whatsoever. Told me to put it there...and receipt would be emailed. I did everything myself and they didn't even offer to help. Had that been my wife, I would be even more disappointed. I don't mind doing it myself, but at least offer to lend a hand. Didn't even look at the trailer at drop-off or ask if I had any issues.Nicholas P.
Equipment was blocked in by a semi-truck and an employee took 20 minutes to get it to me and when he did it was muddy both inside and outside. Location deals more with semi-truck maintenance than in Uhaul rentals.John S.
