I think it would be more beneficial if the trucks gas tanks were full upon pick up. Reason being, it be much easier for the customer to fill the tank upon return, instead of trying to guess how much gas is needed to put the gas needle exactly where it was when picked up.

The website and associated software needs a lot of work. I was not able to pick up truck due to automated software issues. Also has problems reserving the truck using the uhaul website. Very poor software.

Please let someone know that if there’s no one in the office which there wasn’t for us, that they need to do this all electronically. We stood outside for a half an hour trying to figure out where the people in the office work. They were supposed to be open, They were not. It was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. The truck was as expected damaged but still completely functioning. The return process was tedious and we’re glad we’re done with it. The value was excellent

Parking is a little limited, but is workable.

There seemed to be problems with the online connections for various sites. This made it rather frustrating to both the staff and customer...... not everyone had the same information. The staff was very friendly, patient and understanding.

24 hour dropoff was convenient. Unfortunate confusion between returning equipment to the "Hooksett location" versus the "Manchester, Hooksett Road location".

Allow assistance for someone disabled with the trailers that have no way to lift them on their own. Same with picking the trl up, but atleast the drop off location has after hours as a legitimate reason.
