No. Not at all. I dropped off the keys. Told them the gas was at 3/4 where it was when I got it and that the dolly and blankets were in the back. They said they would check it later and said thanks. That was it.RUSSELL B.

It took a long time for me to make a reservation over the phone with Central rental. I had to call three times and it took nearly an hour to make the reservation. Then when I went up to pick up the truck, they couldn't find my reservation. They said they had no idea what happened yesterday. I told them I made the reservation and now I have a schedule today. They said I had a bad attitude. one of the men threatened to be pilot with me, so I left. I called on the phone and talked to someone else and asked if I could continue with the truck rental. I was able to rent the truck but it was dirty. There were abandoned items in the cab like a used face mask, some old video game equipment, and some trash. The box of the truck was also dirty I had to sweep it before I could put my stuff in. There was dirt leaves coins and trash on the bed of the truck. When the employee at Central rental threatened to become violent with me, I thought I was having the worst experience in my life.Dan C.

There needs to be a check list for the vehicle where the location checks certain things on the vehicle just prior to it being picked up to make sure it is in good operational order. I can't believe this is not required. I had to wait for 3.5 hours to have a battery replaced at the pick up location. The roadside assistance process needs to be reviewed and revamped. Half of the wait time was directly related to uhaul and what they needed to do to get someone one site to replace the battery.Brent A.

The truck was disgusting inside. Someone using chew and a cup made a mess of the cupholders and part of the dash. Muddy inside and parked perfectly so that I had to take 2 steps in a near ankle deep puddle to get to the door.Dennis D.

No Verizon for check-in after hours, yet U-Haul rep set it up there and the facility didn't even have an online hot-spot knowing they had a Verizon problem. Then, no key pickup box...instead they left the truck open with a key in it, although it took a long time to find the key in the truck assigned to us. What a hassle! Then the blankets we ordered and paid for and two dollies were not in the truck, so I had to wait until the next day and try to find someone open on Sunday and could only find 30 blankets instead of the 48 I ordered and paid for. I would like credit back for something. What a mess!Dale B.
Need a place to drop off key when you return the truck, and the area needs to be well lit. As a woman returning the truck in a dark area outside of town behind a building, I will never do that again. I will go elsewhere to get a uhaul.Patricia J.

The lock box was not on the building anywhere. We were not contacted to make others arrangements or to let us know where the keys were located. This was the 2nd bad uhaul experience within a week.Ty G.

Upon pick up - the gas tank was 1/2 full and the truck interior was filthy. Spilled cat food all over the floor and the passenger seat had cat hair on it....which I'm allergic too. I ended up cleaning the cab interior so I wasn't miserable on the long drive. I also had the courtesy to return the truck with the gas tank full.Jeff J.

Zero support if you're looking for answers or corrections to be made this is not the location that you want to pick up a truck. They're consistent response is you have to call U-Haul. This is not a helpful location it is pick up only it is not assist in anyway. Additionally it was not the original location that I asked to pick up the vehiclesue N.

The tryck cab was very dirty..steering wheel greasy and filthy: windows dirty... the attendant did not inspect the truck in my presence or explain anything about the truck . I had to sweep the cargo hold and scrub the "grandmas attic" before loading.Ruth B.
