Have the vehicle that I reserved, make accommodations and discount when you don't have what I asked for. Cx before me waited for 30 minutes while agent looking for keys for the truck.Mark S.
Tank was almost empty when I picked up the truck. At a different location the. I had reserved it. I was guaranteed a truck at a location on Holt/Euclid which was about a mile from my house and my location was moved to Chino. Closer to 10 miles from the place I was moving from. This difference caused me to go over the miles. Which I had to pay for. This would not have happened if I had my original pick up. This is on top of the Al Pat empty gas tank. So for almost $200 I rented a truck with no gas further away from my desired location that I paid then had to pay for those miles and the gas.Robert C.

Horrible experience, I got my reservation cancelled 3 times because reserved a truck online and each time the location called me to cancelled. It was until the 3 attempt that I was able to rent a U-Haul and it wasn't even the size I need. This will be the last time I use U-Haul for moving.CHRISTOPHER M.

The office had the same trash on the exterior that it had the last time I was there 3 weeks earlier. The employees complained about the owners office equipment, communication and said they were harshly reprimanded for trying to do a good job. My experience tells me the owners are in terrible at customer service and terrible at taking care of their employees. When I returned on a Sunday, the person had ZERO customer service skills. I was over charged, the place I rented from the owners couldn't speak clear English. The documents I was provided do not explain my current charges. I expect that I get a return call to explain the invoice! I've been renting from uhaul for years. NEVER AGAIN! I mean NEVER! If I do not hear back from your company you will leave me no choice but to review your terrible invoicing and bad business practices on social media. I have a HUGE following - Try me!PATRICIA ANN F.

Please see above. You can service your vehicles regularly! When calling the 800 number the recording should provide an option to text for help! Internet continuity is not guaranteed while on the road. You're a billion dollar company with a one thousand dollar level customer service strategy. Some C Level person isn't earning their paycheck for these issues to be in place. You're expedient and swift at making reservations and getting customer's money but are hands off after the fact. You have no transparency when it comes to locating district managers, etc. I had to hold for over an hour again just to discuss the issues I experienced with my process.KEARIENE R.
I had to wait for my truck to be returned or pay for an upgrade. A better experience would have been to upgrade me (one step) for free and let me be on my way. Second, the location did not open on time. I waited for 40 minutes for someone to arrive. Finally, I left and returned a few hours later. Thankfully, someone was there.PAUL B.

I'm very upset that I was charged for gas When I left the tank almost full and your report shows below 7/8 This is my 4 th time renting from you I have never returned the truck late or with a gas issue. I would recommend because the app was a disaster. I couldn't do the pickup without contacting people in the office directly. The app was sending me to a different location a block away. It was very confusing. But the staff was great.Jemima G.
When Customer Service Centers alters Miles Charged Rate due to changes in One Way vs Return to Same Location, the pick up location should be able to see these â€œnotesâ€ within the confirmation order. Otherwise the customer once charged the .99pm, is left to undue the error by calling around to find out who can correct his/her issue. My case I was promised .79pm because of limited availability, but was charged at the pick up location .99pm. at the rental return. $34 in difference is worth fighting for!Michael H.
I wasn't expecting the additional requirements to lease the rental (Such as two references that I had to write down).I don't blame the company though As I was originally supposed to pick up the U-Haul truck from a different location but when I got there I was told that they were no trucks by the owner and then quickly received a call from U-Haul telling me I had to go to a different location six or 7 miles away from where I was. In the future I think U-Haul needs to be better at making sure that whatever locations they say that they have their vehicles at actually have vehicles on that day.Bryan P.

The original pick-up location was changed from Redlands to Chino, adding 30 miles each way and caused me to change my ride arrangements. The person at the Chino site called me twice to confirm my pick-up (after I confirmed online), then called me a 3rd time to rush me to my appointment, when I was scheduled to be 15 min early. Lastly, they still charged me a $4 process fee for who knows what and I had to wait over an hour to get the truck I reserved. The associate's name is Thomas, and he provided absolute garbage customer service. Will never recommend this site to anyone.RICHARD A.
I am very disappointed with the service at this location starting with the pickup to the receipt I did everything online for reservation i got there to pick up and the guy made a whole new reservation for me over the phone that took 15min then the guy in the office took another 25min trying to unlock the back of truck for my dolly to go in. Upon return I requested a receipt via email and I find that its blank my cc is pending a 100.00 charge and I'm charged for insurance i didn't request my AAA covers me in any vehicle. I never recommend this place. Worst experience ever with uhaul being that I only needed truck for 1 hour tops and I was late for another appt scheduledrose N.

Very hard to find, very little assistance, furniture blankets were not already loaded in the truck, had to carry them myself and load them, truck was dirty and had debris and leftover garbage in the cab, box was not swept, there were bugs on the windshield, truck was pretty well damaged on the box and not repaired, which I'm sure someone was charged for in the past. Had to clean gum off the passenger seat. Truck was used to travel from Rancho Cucamonga to Chandler, AZ and the air conditioner wouldn't work in 111 degree temps across the desert. All in all, a rather miserable experience.KYLE R.
