You need to train your workers on customer service skills. I made reservation for Uhaul on 7th street and got sent to dealer on spruce st in Hesperia for them to tell me that they didn't have one on hand. Lost a customer and wasted gas driving from three different stores just to drive back to spruce st to pick up the trailer.

The trailer door had been repaired but still jammed. Rental fees were waived. Very professional response. would use these folks again. It's one th6to say you stand behind your service, it's another to do it.

They were closed when we arrived to drop off the vehicle, but their front door was still open. We were told to leave the truck there at their business and leave the key in the dropbox. We just felt nervous leaving the truck there on a side street, but otherwise everything was ok.
