All are friendly, efficient and I've never had any long waits nor difficulty over several occasions now. Highly recommend this particular store.

We had to change our drop off address. We were treated very poorly by the person where the truck was originally supposed to be dropped. He had spoken rudely. U Haul staff should have held our back when there as the issue but the U haul staff seem to side with the person at the original store at Pick n go at Cumberland on N Center Street

Everything was great

If renting a truck and trailer or auto transport and have an appointment time. It would be nice to have them hooked up and ready to go.

This is the fourth time I have worked with this location and I have been very pleased with the service and with the friendly attitudes of the staff.

When we where taking it back to uhaul location the check engine light came on between Fairmont and Morgantown. I thank god it made it back to the uhaul location. So the truck needs checked out.

Can't think of anything. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is extremely convenient to where I live. Perfect for a quick rental to haul a heavy load a short distance within town.

We have rented from this location several times. Susie is the best! Her customer service is beyond compare. My husband locked his phone In the rental upon return on the 4th of July. Susie came right to the office and got us into the van to retrieve his phone, even though the business was closed. Her personality is always so nice and keeps us coming back!

Service was great but the truck smelled like an ash tray. No smoking in the trucks.

Parking lot layout is slightly congested. One-way traffic may help.

Nothing. On the other end of the spectrum from the pickup. Excellent versus a dump. We're used to it. I choose to live there.

Get ride of glass table in customer area. It's a small area and I almost knocked it over when I back stepped into it. Also positioned under rack with heavy tow hitch accessories that could be dropped on the glass causing it to break. Just a suggestion!

Very well maintained and clean vehicles. Friendly staff with lots of moving supplies available. Highly recommend.

This truck has a "miss" and the check engine light is on. The change oil signal is on also.

I have been a customer of Cheat Lake Storage for many years, and have always been impressed with their professional service and truly caring display of kindness. I recommend them highly.

normal business hours 8-5 M-F are a little challenging due to my employ, but accessible.

I stored my boat outside for a few months here, I had no issues and will use again next year.

When I rented unit, the door was off track. They promptly moved me to another unit and all went well. No issues or problems.
