Robert CI have other locations closer but the gentleman that runs this location has outstanding customer service and truely cares about people. I have used him at least 4 times to move my daughters(college) and will only use this location.

Eugenia LAlthough this location is excellent and provides great service, I was severely disappointed by the customer service I received (or lack there of) from U Haul's 800-number/national operation. I was picking up the truck during after hours. I had some issues with getting the key to the truck. I followed the instructions on the app. When I asked for help through the app, I got a repetition of the instructions I already had, and if that didn't work, to go inside the location and ask for help. The location was closed - that is why I selected to use your after hours pickup service in the first place! I felt stranded and alone. Eventually I just had to contact the owner of the location and bother him during his private time.
