I loved the convenience of doing everything with my phone... however the process was very difficult and the app was hard to use... the people working at this location was no help whatsoever... they told me to call the 1-800 number... the process took longer that it should have...!!!

No changes check in was very easy My issue was truck was dirty in the box and in the cab.

A walk through regarding the operation of the vehicle would be nice. I knew I would be experiencing some severe climbs and descents during my travels and I had tor refer to the vehicles owner manual to learn about gear selection.
