Had to ask several times to get a reciept Had a $25 cleanup fee tacked on because I had a water bottle and two cups in cab Had to ask the attendant to check the mileage and fuel level and glad I insisted because a shady location like this would have kept time running and added mileage Filthy. Disgusting location

Shelia BurrisWiper blades need replacing You have a vacuum leak on engine some where because if you are above idle and have to hit brakes the engine doesn't idle down as it should and you have to push brakes in harder than you should I had always heard you pick truck on full tank and return it on full tank , wrong , truck was just below a quarter tank . So raining on pick time and I'm out pumping fuel half mile up road so I knew it would have plenty for the trip . I returned it at same level fuel . Paid cash for every thing on pick up and couldn't get the deposit back from drop off point and still waiting on the hundred dollar deposit return

Ilisa JenkinsBetter professional site needed. No receipt, no walk around and conformation of miles. Truck parked on soft ground and was stuck in the mud, had to be pulled out. Charged 38 more miles than I used. When complained through email website no response. Very disappointed and outraged!

Steven brooksThis comment is for Uhaul specifically, NOT the location of the truck..... I am unhappy with the customer service and last minute changes that Uhaul put in place for my original reservation. I did an online booking at a local rental location with few miles and specifically chose a location based on that. I found out at the last minute- when going to pick up at the location- that Uhaul changed locations for my pickup without my consent or input. They changed it to a location that was an hour away!! Because of this I cancelled through Uhaul site and then booked directly through the Cherryville location. Got the truck I needed and great customer service from the local rep!! The local representative from Cherryville Tire and Auto was amazing!! If it weren't for them I don't know what I'd do!
SUSAN ARMSTRONGMade my reservation with a U-Haul affiliate in Shelby, NC for a 15' truck. They did not have one and the system reserved my rental in Cherryville, NC about 12 miles past Shelby. Not a big deal but that added 12 miles put me over my 104 total mile limit by 3 miles when I was done with the rental and I had to pay for the additional mileage. Not a big deal
