I rented a truck for about 5 hours on 7/14/2018. I was charged for a seven day rental resulting in an incorrect charge of $430 on 7/20/2018. The whole experience was so unprofessional and unorganized. I was informed their system was down when I returned the truck and they would email me a receipt. I never signed anything or authorized any charge for a seven day rental. Now I’m waiting for 72 hours to hear back on a claim that was placed on my behalf through your customer service. I am now late on a few bills and put in a really tight spot. I will never use this location again and will consider not using uhaul again depending on how this process with the refund plays out.

Customer service was excellent. Prior to picking the truck up @ this location, we were greatly helped by The Roseville UHAUL on PFE Road. The gentleman there actually reserved the truck @ the Corby location for us. (He did not have the size truck we needed) When we arrived at the Cirby location, we were greeted warmly & treated very well. System was slow & caused some delay in getting the truck.

There were no unhaul signs or Dropbox for the key. The employee at the counter was less than helpful and could only provide me with minimal assistance. I did like the drop off location, just needs to be better marked and employees more trained.

When I signed up on line and got to the end of the transaction it said I had an error. Then I checked my email & I had a confirmation. When calling into Uhaul customer service, to check on my reservation, they told me my request was confirmed. But when I picked up the Uhaul at 701 Cirby Way, Roseville I was told to pick the truck up at Sunrise Ave. in Roseville, by that time I was frustrated but the person on the line at Uhaul made it right and gave me what ever truck size was available. I only used the truck less than 4 hours. A bit concerning but it turned out good. Communication could be better! I will use the service again. Thanks Alice Robles-Young

No issues with drop off but the personnel seemed confused and didnt know what to do but deferred to the Manager (who wasn't available at that time) to inspect the vehicle and confirm receiving the truck. I asked if the manager can call me to confirm but instead got an email confirmation which is not a big deal. It worked out fine in the end.
