I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 8:30, when I got there at 8:30 I found a note on the door saying “Went to the Bank, Be right back. The employee did not return until 9:35. I was supposed to be in and out of pickup location before 10:00.
Jeff BThis was a great experience. I can’t think of anything that would made it better. Beth was a great representative and deserves recommendation. She made of feel like we were the only customer she had. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Please hire more people like her.

James MMobile pickup was a pain.. it would not allow us to verify indenity, Online reservation said $119 due at pickup. We was charged $181 at pickup. Reservation was at 4pm, she was leaving the office as we pulled in, had we not caught her, we would not have been able to get our rented dollys with the U-Haul because they was not ready with the U-Haul for us, or pick up the U-Haul because the mobile pickup would not allow us to verify.

lawrence tThe pickup point didn’t have staff even after my pickup was changed for the original address not having staff. My rental also wasn’t started when I was directed to the keys so he I been in an accident or pulled over, I wouldn’t have been covered.

Kenneth SI had to do mobile pick up but wasn’t provided the code to get into the lockbox to get my key and my truck was boxed in so I had to call the location to figure out how to get the key to the truck and they had to give me a different truck because the one assigned was boxed in and not accessible. Overall my experience with uhaul was not very satisfying and your rate for additional mileage has increased to a rate that is completely ridiculous and had I known ahead of time I would have rented a moving from someone else.
Aimee CPoor customer service and very dirt equipment. Was told on the phone the site manager would be there until 2pm and left before noon, canceled my order and then I had to be on the phone for 2 hours to get it redone. Well never use uhaul again

Ernest WThe vehicle had dried dirt and mud inside the cab on the floor. The inside of the cargo bay needed sweeping; however, the location said that it was the vehicle they would prefer me to take because it was in otherwise great condition for a trip out of state and just hadn’t had the opportunity to clean it thoroughly. They were spot on…vehicle ran great and that’s what matters most. The location said to write up everything so the receiving location wouldn’t hold us responsible for the interior cleaning. I would definitely use this location again. Professional and courteous staff that seems to genuinely care about their customers.

Meredith GEnsure the gas is actually at 3/4. It was slightly below. I didn’t say anything because I was in a hurry to get moved.
NICHOLAS WI had to pay a after hour drop off fee when the sign and hours clearly stated they was open. There was another sign that read if no one is in the office to call this number so i did and no one answered or called me back.. I don't seem this is fair to me considering they was open..
