This drop off location was very rural and at a gas station. The attendant did not appear very confident in the return process and I had to ask for my signed copy of the rental return. Not professional but in the end, I suppose it got the job done. Overall, felt kind of sketchy and definitely not what I was anticipating.

They charged my card an additional 58.86. I followed my end of the contract perfectly. Very upset to have unauthorized charge on my account.

The person that you have renting your trucks at this location needs more training. I made a reservation on Friday to pick up. I had to travel back to my house and back to store six times. Please see complaint I made with corporate. I have to say that I did not get the truck I reserved for two days. It was a nightmare and I was crying by the second day. And I am not one to cry. It was the MOST STRESSFUL situation I have ever encountered. I would not at this time recommend uhaul for any reason whatsoever. Now your corporate noffice was very helpful but I was also hung up on by your reps four times and continuously put back in que. Except for one by the name of Faith...she was a godsend and took her time and made.sure I was taken care of. However I was on hold with another rep for twenty four min. I had to keep asking if she was there. She did not speak one word. And then after she took me.off mute I could hear her child so I guess that was more important than taking care of your customers. This has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FOR ME

It took the guy an hour to rent me a 5x8 box trailer. I asked if the time I had it was till 9pm, or 24hours. He told me I had it for 24 hours, but the receipt said it needed to be back by 9pm. He also told me I could return it to Montezuma without a one way charge, but the customer service told me I would have been. Customer service center was awesome and took care of everything. I appreciate their help.
