Charged me twice for a 1 day rental. Uhaul refusing to refund the second charge. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't check the returns in when you actually turn it in.

I will never rent a U-Haul from this location again. The website allowed me to reserve a truck they don’t even have. When I finally got a truck, it was filled with a bunch of moving blankets and leftover stuff from the previous mover. The appliance hand truck was partly broken. I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up and was still charged $50+ dollars on my emailed receipt for gas even though I was told that everything was good. I mean, the rental location IS a gas station. Why wouldn’t I put gas in it? I needed another truck a couple of days later and got it from another location and had a MUCH better experience.

There was no one to assist in hooking up the trailer. The person there didn’t even know how to hook a trailer up.

WHAT PERSONAL AND THE LOT FOR DROP OFF WAS SO JUNKED UP AND NOWHERE TO LEAVE THE TRUCK. IF I HAD WANTED TO RENT A TRUCK BY MYSELF AND DO ALL THE PAPER WORK ANF ALL THE PICTURE TAKING FOR YOU I WOULD HAVE NEVER RENTED FROM YOU, I NEVER WILL AGAIN, WORSE EXPEIRENCE OF MY LIFE.

Wiring harness was damaged and the girl did not know anything U-Haul is supposed to hook everything up and lucky I had a friend that knows how to do this

I ended up having to wait over 30 minute for them to fix an issue corp. had created. I reserved a trailer online and when I go to the store the trailer I was assigned was not at that location. I am less than impressed with Uhaul in general. I went through hell trying to get a hitch for my truck prior to this move. I visited 2 separate locations and got a round around twice. The second store told me they wouldn't install the hitch due to some light surface rust. The told me I could purchase the hitch and have someone else install it. I believe that I was deceived. I feel that the reason they wouldn't install the hitch was due to the fact that once I went somewhere else to have the hitch installed I found out it WAS NOT the correct hitch. 300 additional dollars later after having the hitch modified and welded to my frame I had a hitch to tow with. Upon trying to return the trailer last night, Uhaul.com/share that I couldn't access the account by my email or my telephone #. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes last night and never got ahold of anyone to help me out. After much aggravation I found another way to return the trailer on the main website. To say the very least this has got to be the most painful moving experience I have ever endured. Next time I move I will likely hire it done so that I never have to deal with this crap again

My appt was moved to a different location which was not a big deal but the time slot was moved an hour after my requested reservation which created problems with the people helping me move. There was only one person working the store and the U-haul rentals. It took 25 minutes to get the keys and he was working the register and the rentals. I requested pads and a 4 wheel dolly. This location did not have pads or dolly's. The charges were removed but it was a huge inconvenience. To save time,as I was already an hour and a half behind schedule, I called to have some boxes with blankets unpacked so we could use since we did not have any pads. When we opened the back of the truck we found multiple pads wadded up. Had to repack our blankets and ended up using about 6 of the pads. We folded them up upon returning the truck. Even the ones we did not use. We have rented from the big bear location a few years ago and again there were not enough people working and it took us 45 minutes to pick up the Uhaul.

Make sure truck is cleaned up, was very dirty smelled like beer in front seat, brakes made noise and air conditioner didn’t work good.I had to clean up windshield to see out of, next time I get one I will check it out good before hand.

All customers need to be notified that it will be extra charges for the trucks. Always give the customer a copy of the receipt and tell them how much you have on the mileage and don't go over the amount or it be extra charges for your purchase. Also the way the setup is it needs two people working in the area just because it can be busy some days.

Business had listed operating hours but was not open. Used digital drop off and yet is trying to charge for 9 days when it was a one day rental returned in less than 24 hours. I have time stamped photographs of my equipment. Was on the phone 3 times with customer service with no help. Would not recommend!

It wasn’t clear pulling in what the return process was. We split up and I went inside to see what to do and the other person was outside and was helped by some other staff. A sign or something would be helpful.
