Renting a truck from uhaul is waayy too expensive. We are made to pay for mileage and we still have to pay for our own gas. We are charged basically $1 per mile so it does not matter what size truck we rent nor does it matter the price of the truck. Since we are made to pay 99 cent per mile- it will always be way too expensive. I rented a small 10 footer for 1 day. I payed over $200 when I picked up the truck, and then charged an additional $86 after the truck was turned in. And I still had to buy gas. I Pray that I never need uhaul services again because it broke me. Not a good experience. I will not recommend uhaul. Way too expensive.JTAJALON G.

Location is down in an alley in a bad part of town. There was trash all around it. I got there and no one was there. That's fine. But the online check out wouldn't work. A sketchy man was wandering around. I didn't feel safe staying and trying to check out online, so I dropped the keys and left.Jennifer M.

Don't expect extra knowledge on how to use disconnect a car tow, be prepared to pay extra for dropping the tow off early so you can safely empty your 26ft truck....and than not get a call being told of these charges. There is very limited parking here so make sure you show up during operating hours or you will have no idea how to park the truck. I got there 30 minutes before closing time. The staff was very helpful though and directed me how to park.DAVID C.
I return the uhaul before 3:30pm and no one was in the office. So, I put the key in the drop box like the lady told me to before I left. Then, I get an transaction from my bank where I was charged $41 for another day when the uhaul was returned. I called the uhaul place and this same lady told me to call the 1800 number because she checked it in at 4:00pm. This uhaul place I will never use again. Poor customer serviceShaquonta L.

The truck smelled like someone had been smoking in it and the truck's gas was almost empty. Nevertheless, I returned it with over 1/4 tank. I was charged for a 2-day rental, however, I only rented it for 8 hrs. I submitted documents (pictures) of return mileage, key and time of return to the U-Haul Headquarters. The time was overstated by 16 hrs. and the mileage was overstated by 1 mile. At 10:56 am on 11/30/2020, I called the location at 901-458-9385 to inform them of the error. I repeated myself numerous times to the U-Haul representative about my concerns. She got so irritated with me that she began to raise her voice and became very nasty and hung up on me! I immediately called the corporate office to discuss my situation and Mr. Thomas Gay professionally handled the situation and I thanked him for his professionalism and courtesy.HERBERT W.
