I had gotten a storage unit there in hopes of being able to store some things while we move. When I tried to take my first load of boxes to the unit, I found out that someone had placed their own lock onto the unit that I had rented. Making me unable to access the unit. The managers had stated that they weren't sure who put the lock on the unit, but they did try to help me get into another unit that day. The next unit they tried to give me had a lock on it they couldn't open. The unit after that, the door didn't work. The unit after that didn't even have the ability to have a lock ON the door. And the final unit on the front had a bunch of someone else's stuff in it. I know that when management changes over, there will be issues similar to this. Lost keys, broken stuff, ect... but.... this was kind of ridiculous. To rent someone a unit and then before they could even put their stuff in it..someone puts their own lock on it? Super unprofessional and unorganized. I don't fault the managers for the issues, I fault the owners. For an owner to not have enough interaction with their own business to KNOW when there's an issue? Shameful. I would not rent a storage unit from here. The owners only want a turnkey business and they leave the mess on their employees to figure out on their own. Bad, bad, bad ownership. I ended up getting a full refund for what I paid for the unit. So that is ok in my book. But now I have boxes stacked all over my house instead of a storage unit. I commend the male and female managers for doing their best to resolve the situation. But like I said before... it is plain to see that the owners DO NOT CARE about their business. This property is not user friendly. The property is real steep and pathways are narrow. We had difficulty getting g a large pick up truck around the corners and between rows. Also I rented it and then 2 days later went to see unit and I then refused to keep it. I asked for a refund of my one month rental and have yet to confirm that I got my money back. Maybe post the actual phone number, where you can be reached directly, because the number I tried calling said "the party you're trying to reach does not have a mailbox set up" but luckily, Sarah did pick up when it was most important for me to reach her...when I called to let them know that I would be arriving soon, and needed to give them explicit instructions, regarding my plan to leave the Rental truck there on property the night I arrived in Branson, so I could drive my car (which I towed with a car dolly from STL) to my Closing on my property the next day! Sarah was amazing, and couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make my rental experience the best it could be, despite me being pretty stressed/wound up, after driving the 15 ft. rental truck/towing my car for 200 miles/5 hour journey, with just myself to do it all. My fiancÃ© and I felt well taken care of by this location. The customer service was so kind and friendly! We highly recommend working with this sweet family for uhaul rentals. One of the young men didn't hesitate to back the uhaul into a spot to make it easy for us to exit. He also kindly taught us how to use an appliance dolly. We will definitely be lifelong clients to this location for any of our moving needs.Bethany C.
I got the impression that they were new to uhaul. They were the only location in the Branson area that had the size truck I was needing. It was them by default. The hours listed were not the same ones that he said were available. I needed to start loading on Sunday morning but the hours said they were not open until Noon on Sunday, so I picked up Saturday before the listed closing hour. And so my two days began Saturday night. In talking to the guy he said Sunday morning would have been a good time to pick it up. I was charged extra days in part (not the sole reason, some of it was my fault) because I had to pick it up on Saturday instead of Sunday.Marvin S.

I had talked to the location at the RV park in Forsyth multiple times and the guy was insistent that they would be able to get the truck I needed. 3 hours before pickup I hadn't heard from anyone about where I was picking up the truck or if it was even going to be available. I called only to find out that I had to pick up the truck less than an hour later 20 miles away. The other location on Cannon Ball Loop was very accommodating and let me keep the truck until my original 24 hour time. (2 extra hours)Mariah M.

Was called the day before to say we had to go to the above location to pick up the truck from our original location where I reserved the truck on July 17th. Got there and door was unlocked and it took a long time to get anyone to answer bell, knocks, yells. It wasted an hour of our loading time and we had a 41/2 hour moving trip to drive to that evening.
