Please make your website user friendly. I had a hard time renting a truck and tow dolly because there is no option to add the dolly on. Your Uhaul person at my location had problems with it too. He is a really nice guy and very efficient. I like working with him.

The vehicle was nasty. Had a mountain dew bottle that had apparently leaked all over the back of the truck. I had to clean out all the debris and mop it before I could load my furniture into the truck.

The driver door didn't open up very wide and when my grandson opened the door to get in it closed on his left forearm and severely bruised it enough we thought the bone was cracked. it also damaged his knee. I had to take him to Urgent care because of the injuries. The doctor said if it had been 1/4 inch over more he would have to had emergency surgery. The engine light came on just over halfway through our trip. We stopped and checked the oil , even though the oil light never came on, and there was less than a 1/6 inch of oil showing on the dipstick. We were given the choice to wait for service (approximately 1 hour) or get oil ourselves. We walked to the parts store for oil, which emptied almost a five quart jug. We drove the truck about 30 more minutes and stopped to make sure the dipstick was showing enough oil plus the engine had started knocking. We had to stop and call for service. Waited just over an hour for that. Service man said there was nothing we could do and received permission from UHaul to continue driving to our destination, which was about 2 more hours. The only stops we made were for gas two times and the two times with truck trouble. A 6 1/2 hour trip took us 12 hours. I called the UHaul claims department to report the injuries to my grandson. The injuries occurred while still in the parking lot of the rental place. If I have anything to do with it, I will never use UHaul for anything. I have nothing good to say regarding vehicles that are not mecanically maintained and then rented to unsuspecting customers.

I needed a trailer for two days. I was charged for 4 days. I contacted U-Haul about a refund and was told that the price was a Point A to Point B price and not a daily rate. Not really happy about that considering at no time was it ever mentioned that it was anything other than a daily rate.

The employee (Ray) of City Wash and Lube was veryunprofessional and rude. I have rented a Uhaul several times at various locations and have always had a pleasant experience but unfortunately that was not the case this time.

The employees were respectful. The equipment had lawn care equipment and not ready, even though I arrived an hour later than scheduled. The indicator was not working before I pulled off, but the employee said it was dim and would brighten up once I got going. It never did. On the interstate, people were trying to pass me on the right even after I thought I had my indicator on to move into the right lane.

The equipment that I rented was a car hauler. These car haulers primary safety devices are their front tire straps for anchoring the car in place. The one on the drivers side only had about 10" of feed left on it when I picked it up and I pointed it out to the renter however there was nothing that he could do about it. Fortunately for me I had a tow strap that I was able to cut and improvise for the haul but it cost me a $25 tow strap plus the aggravation of rigging something to work on a piece of equipment that I was paying $60 for.
