The best location, my go-to Uhaul. They just opened up new office -it's in a shed right at their rental parking lot. The paperwork and trailer hookup is superfast now!

U-Haul added stuff i did not want automatically to my checkout so I had to un select it after I already did not select it when offered earlier and to return it they try to make you down load an app or it forces you to search the terrible website. I’m done with U-Haul.

The trailer used WAY more gas than I was paid for. This was absolutely a waste of time and money. I will be writing as many online reviews as I can to make sure everyone knows what a scam this is.

Raymond BI don’t pin this all on the location, but the process was not ideal. During reservation, it said my items were not guaranteed so someone would call me by 7pm. I finally called at 630 and got no answer. I left a voicemail with a request for callback because I didn’t want to drive there if I couldn’t get it but that never happened. Later that day, we tried to call and ask a question but the listed number would not reach anyone. It was so frustrating. The staff was super nice when we were there but customers need confirmation and to be able to contact someone.
