This location has odd hours. It is only open from 11am-3pm. That's not helpful at all. I have never heard of a U-Haul place with hours only from 11am-3pm.

RICK CThis location needs to be shut down. Great location where it is but actual business is awful. Business is only open for a couple of hours and even then they hardly answer the phone and it's not very business like. Guy is nice but very slow and doesn't do what he says.

Doug KGosh this drop off guy shouldn’t be a U-Haul dealer. He said he’d charge me $1 a blanket if I didn’t fold them. He complained about how I backed the trailer in saying it was crooked and he said he couldn’t do anything for me since he was in a motorized scooter. He did get a Jack to get the beast off my hitch. Then he said I had the wrong hitch and did it all wrong.

RUSSELL CEverything was great with the renting of tge uhaul truck. Something that I've noticed with having to rent a uhaul frequently is the website at multiple locations or over all website is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. It has never been the person that I'm renting the truck from vault so I'm not saying that. The Uhaul website is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. As much money as Uhaul makes fire the website person and spend money to get a better more customer and associate friendly website. Gotta spend money to make money

AANTHONY WThe uhaul service was fine. The movers that I booked through uhaul were unfortunately not good. 2 and a half hours late. Not using them again.
Timothy WUhaul said the 15 ft truck would be available and that’s what I selected. When I got to the location for pick up they only had 20ft trucks. So I had to pay more for that upgrade I did not want. On top of that the lady there took 20 minutes to figure out how to complete the rental agreement, which I had already filled out the day before. So thanks for wasting my time and money.
Jonathan TThis location just has the worst hours for availability. Nobody was there at 11 AM when I picked up the truck and there was nobody there at 4:15 in the afternoon when I dropped off the truck. It made it really hard and took 30 minutes over the phone with U-Haul who were awesome just to get the truck out of the parking lot. Kind of inconvenient, but the lady on the phone was very nice. And she also staged the truck for me well
Jennifer DTHEY ARE NEVER THERE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR 8 DAYS WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 2. I CALLED U-HAUL AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE CSLL ME BACK. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH U HAUL BUT SO FAR NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER. I AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK

JASON TDropped off the rental truck a day early. No one was at the location nor did they answer the phone that day or the day after. I had to call U-Haul main number to get confirmation for my dropoff.
David CIt had a "closed" sign on the door. A lady walks out...tells us how her husband is in the hospital and says she'll check it in. Over all horrible experience with both locations in both states. Under cover boss needs to step in and see what's going on in my opinion..

PATRICK MI had to back in and unhook the trailer myself. They service was ok, but nothing stellar.
David WThe equipment at this location is old and need of maintenance. None of the trailers have the built in lift/jack for easier load and unload. Most it the toungs and chains are extremely rusted. We had to load and unload the trailer and hook up ourselves due to the store owner / managers age and also being partially disabled and using a power chair.
Lori DRude people and I paid my deposit in cash and they told me I didn’t but it’s on my receipt and said they didn’t have cash there either. Then to reverse the deposit they wanted to take another hundred dollars off of my card so that means they would owe me 100 and still take 100 again! Very unfriendly and a junk yard and dirty place.

Elmer BBoth at pick up and drop off I had to wait for them to open. Pick up time was 10:00 and no one got there until 10:45. At drop off they were 20 minutes late.

Robert BThe business is not set up for customer pickup . The gentlemen was an invalid and not able help hook up equipment. His computer system was so outdated he kept having to call someone to help him. I was nearly an hour trying to pick up a 6x12 trailer. I already had the reservation. If my wife hadn’t been with me I couldn’t have lifted the trailer on for hook up . The trailer was a mess inside. I feel sorry for the owner, but he either needs help or uhaul needs another location. All the folks picking up had issues with the same .
JERRY TThis is the second time I have used this location. On both occasions no one was present for the drop off, although it was after the stated opening time. I was able to use the online drop off feature. Two other people came and left during this time, one person wanted to rent a vehicle. I will not use this location again.
Paul LThe whole process was very easy. The gentleman working, unfortunately, was alone and it was a busy day, was very helpful, professional. As I had never pulled a trailer before and were a bit anxious, he took his time to go over everything with me and teach me how to get the hitch connected (and more importantly- disconnected)
Guy JThe operator needs help as he is unable to help hookup the trailers. These trailers are heavy and need a screw type footing so they can be raised and lower by older people and some young as well. I understand the shortage of help but maybe tell people in advance to bring help. He is a really nice guy and wants to help but is limited

Dana SI feel bad for them because they are a very small outfit but they were overwhelmed and could not get to me for several hours. I ended up dropping the truck and hoping it would get checked in properly. It did get done so kudos for that. Seems UHaul should do a better job with how many drop offs they put on a small place.
