We went way under the miles we told them and still charged us over the quoted amount.
Brende BEverything was great other than inwas told I had until 9:00 to bring it back. My son went to go pick my car up around 8:20ish and by the time he got to the gate they had locked him in. I got to the dealership around 8:45 and sat out in the parking lot until about 10:00 waiting for someone to get there so I could get my car out.

Clayton BForced to switch to Cleburne location last minute because my truck wouldn’t have been available at my original location that had been reserved for over a week if I didn’t switch. I get to the new location and they have my truck but not my dolly so I was forced to then drive to another location just to get my dolly. Uhaul feels very disorganized and not necessarily customer-centered.
