First, don't release a person's rental the day of rental without express consent. Forced to drive an additional 3 hours round trip to get another trailer. Then the place was closed due to COVID isolation requirements and had perform all check out procedures and connection individually as well as remove items from the trailer that were not part of rental agreement.David B.
The grass needs cut, the driveway needs repaired and no staff were available even though it advertised staff on Saturday.Jeremy B.

There are two Uhaul rental places in Fairfield Texas, this one is by far the best, they want your business, they work hard to fit you traveling needs. I will be glad to pass by word of mouth about their business and the good serviceSTEVEN H.

Have a person there during a scheduled pickup time! I did the online and smartphone pickup only to have the automated system say go inside to get the key with no one there! Called the number and they said they are at lunch and can't leave and would be back 45 min after the pickup time. In the mean time my time had started with the rental because my check out procedure timed out and automatically started my rental. Not happy! Oh and no one answered your chat before my session expired.Antonio G.

Classic Glass called and gave me one truck number. When I was picking up online I was given another truck number. It did not have my supplies in it. I had to carry everything from one truck to the other.Louis K.

It was returned after hours. It was very accommodated. But dark. We first tried to return to Lena's 24/7, but the gate was locked. It was after hours but no code even though it said 24/7. I love returning there because of the ease. I didn't know about Classic Glass!Floyd R.
There was a shirt in the lights that kept blowing the fuse in my vehicle. I finally got the trailer exchanged the next day at another location. This resulted in me having an extra hotel bill and missing work one day to get the move done. Would like to have the rental fees waived to cover hotel bill incurred.Teresa C.
