The lot was very cluttered with working, nonworking, and UHaul vehicles. There was no direction on where to park when picking up or dropping off. Other than that, everything was great. The truck was clean and the mobile pick-up and drop-off process was easy.Kendra D.
I requested pick up in Shamokin because I had a bad experience at this location ( Mt Carmel) in the past. I was notified 24 hours before my trip that they changed location. Customer service was terrible and not helpful. I told her I would not rent a uhaul againKenneth E.
I was quoted $380-400 for my trip using a 20ft truck. I had called the next day to switch it to a 10ft truck. When returning the 10ft truck I got a bill for $500. Not sure how it was over $100 more even with downgrading to the smaller truck?VANESSA K.

Train staff on customer service. I did not appreciate standing there waiting 20 minutes just to pick up my U-Haul. The man waiting on me did not appear to know what he was doing. Also I didn't appreciate the multiple people smoking cigarettes while I'm waiting to be served. Unclean, unprofessional, and overall miserable location.Hasan A.

This location was not the one I requested. It was 24 miles away. I was supposed to get free mileage from this location to the one I requested, and instead I was charged almost $40. Also, the people at the reservation call center were either incompetent or told to lie to me, because they consistently could not answer simple questions that I asked. I was transferred 3 times, and not helped at allHolly A.

We rented and purchased additional items beyond the truck (which was in good condition and served its purpose) which were not available because the store owner was on vacation and the store was closed. We scheduled our move a over a month in advance. We were on hold with uhaul customer service to get a refund. After two hang ups and two hours of cumulative on hold time for my refund I am fed up.Amalia L.

Telling me they reserved a tow dolly and took my card info. Then calling me 10 minutes later and telling me they don't have one. This is absolutely unacceptable. Will not deal with haul anymore. Also no one telling me how to check in equipment after hours.Gordon U.

Think gas tank should be filled so there is no doubt about returning it wth same amount. I prefer a full tank at beginning of trip in case caught in jam. So ended up returning if you look at my invoice with over an extra eighth of a tank. With price of gas these days I think you should at least send me a hat.??David N.

Overall good experience but the truck did not have a ramp I don't know if you had to pay extra or not for it but it made the move a little harder then it should have been.Darlene P.
When I scheduled the truck the pickup location was a few miles down the road from me. The morning of the pickup I saw the location had been moved. This gave me the option of driving an extra hundred miles or try to cram everything into a smaller truck. It didn't all fit in the smaller truck, so I had to do another trip and drive the extra hundred miles anyway. This cost me a lot of money. How often does uhaul screw it's customers like this. It seems every time I rent a uhaul, this happens. Always screwing me on more miles.SCOTT G.
