The address on the building is not the address on the contract. I was so confused and not sure I was in the right place. The title says â€œClayton Village Furniture,â€ but that is not the name of the building/business. The address under the name is not the address on the contract. I arrived 30 minutes before the placed opened. When the attendant arrived, I asked if I was at Clayton Village Furniture and she looked at the sign on the building snd said, your in the right place, but we don't sell furniture either. It was unnecessarily stressful. Uhaul needs to update the new name of the business.Robert M.

I reserved the truck with a VISA debit online with no problem. When I was picking up the truck I was told I had to pay a $100 deposit because I used a Visa debit. It was not told to me when I reserved it online. U-Haul needs to make it clear when you reserve online with a Visa debit there is a $100 deposit.James L.

My order of moving blankets was unavailable, and I was not informed until I picked up the trailer. Also, according to the drop off location, the U-haul worker that connected the trailer did it incorrectly. I'm not sure I could give an accurate number of the times I have used UHAUL from San Francisco to New York in the last three decades. I cannot think of a better UHAUL location that I have ever used. Clayton Village Furniture UHAUL was well laid out.. Cared about me as a customer, was friendly and was the highlight of my move. I would rank this location as in my top three best UHAUL experiences. I have told all my friends to head to the Clayton Village UHAUL and I couldn't be happier with them...Cary H.

I want to thank the gentleman from West Point, MS who brought the trailer to a location that was 35 minutes closer than he was from me. This has nothing to do with where I actually picked up the U-Haul. My original prepaid pickup location was changed to places far away from me (close to 1 hour away) and I had to call for 3 days to get it changed to a location closer to where I needed. This seems like mismanagement of resources from the company level not individual sites. The customer service representatives that I spoke to over the 3 days told me the change was due to high volume in my area. Still this is unacceptable especially when you prepay for a specific location and rental truck. This process needs to be relooked at and changed. It is inconvenient for customers and made this experience harder than necessary. Moving is stressful in itself without having issues with picking up a rental truck that you've already paid for. Again Clayton Village Furniture was absolutely great...I was just suppose to pick up the U-Haul at a different location and had to ask people to take me to pick the truck.Jacqueline F.
