Customer service was great but the equipment I needed was no where to be found. I had to travel 25 miles out of my way just to get it.
Juan MUpon drop off, I was to be charged an additional $22. No one could explain it to me. I find it offensive that U-Haul requires customers to travel exorbitant number of miles just to pick up or drop off a vehicle so that you don’t have to shuttle vehicles on your own. Not sure I will ever use you again for that purpose.

Linda VStaff was very polite and accommodating, unlike the location on Rita Rd. They were rude and then told me to call another location to drop off. I am glad they did because the staff at Clearhome was pleasant and friendly. I will definitely go here in the future

Cisneros CNot once in the week between reserving and dropping off did I see an actual U-Haul representative. They were employees of the store that were not always well versed in procedures or computer savvy. In both instances my locations were moved for your convenience and it was up to me to adjust. I have rented from you before and your customer service has declined. Something to consider!
