Steve CI was warned when I picked up the truck that there was something going on with the door lock and it was true. While the truck drove well and had few issues. It needed some work to be maintained well. The Driver and Passenger outer door locks did not work well and were difficult to open with the key. The rear roll-up door was stiff towards the bottom, but once past that, it rolled up nicely. The equipment was clean, but they shouldn't give a dealer a truck with some of the issues mentioned above. What if the door had not unlocked?
Anthony MBe sure to inspect very carefully the exact true level of fuel on the paper work against the indicated on the instrument cluster. This truck overstated fuel level to be well above half tank, when in reality there was less than a quarter tank. The 34 mile I drove required 11 gallons to reach the level as indicated on paperwork. Contest any mistaken facts on the rental form
clay mTruck should do local routes only with 135,000 miles on it....but it did work run well for us

Alexander Vthis could be just an issue with the clock tower storage itself since they are both connected, but regardless they need better front desk help. lady Susan was SO rude upon arrival - very unhelpful and was even more rude when coming back to return the truck. had to call back about charges to my card and Emily answered the phone and she was very helpful and very understanding. you can tell right as you walk through the door that susan doesn’t like her job and if that’s the case, then she should leave so that paying customers aren’t met with such attitude and negativity. never had a problem with the Uhaul in everett on evergreen and i wish i could remember the gentlemen’s names, but they were helpful, cheery, and very welcoming. maybe have those guys train people on customer service.

We were not able to get out phones to gps locate us at the pick up site and therfore were unable to puck up our rental vehicle. Noone in the uhaul phone system could help us, Fortunately someone arrived to the location an hour early and was able to help. Location A+, uhaul personless pickup system f-

Scott SIt was quick and easy and the guy working during pickup and drop off was nice. It was the easiest and most convenient experience I’ve had at U-Haul. I wish this location had a bigger vehicle too because I’m going to need another rental in a few weeks.
April LVehicle had trash in it and the interior of the windshield was rather dirty. Sun visors were difficult to adjust. Warning about front camera/sensor being blocked came on several times but I couldn't find what needed to be cleared.

April MOverall, it was a great experience! Excellent customer service, the agent was very professional and very courteous. My only criticism would be that the dolly I requested was not included. I did a before hours mobile pick up, so was not able to get this corrected. But when I returned the equipment, there was no argument about the missing dolly and my account was credited for the dolly rental fee.

Jack SThe truck was leaking oil so I had to have someone come out before we used it. Then the brake sensors came on telling us to check them. Very stressful move with this I haul going over all the passes to Idaho.

Michael BI said good morning to the lady at the counter twice and she didn't respond back to me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but common courtesy would be nice. i tried to communicate with her pleasantly and she was not a nice person to handle business. it appeared that maybe - my opinion only- she was not having a great day but keep personal problems and attitudes at the door. i rented the truck to move my son to his UW dorm. We asked her about the gas tank, and she said, "Just go look at it"! rude! she actually walked away from us, without giving us a second look! UHaul, you all need to do better with hiring respectful and customer service people who really like their jobs, and not there because they have too be. that really looks bad on our end, we will not be back because of that! btw: we filled the tank more that it was supposed to be and she didnt glance at it and say thank you!
