Well actually the last three times I have used U-Haul to move in May 2019 when I picked up the truck they have the gas marked incorrectly on the contract so I had them notate it before I left what's the track which they didn't even come out to check out with me but I was still charged for the incorrect amount Then in June the mileage was incorrect on the contract but they tried to charge me for that too but I have kept I kept track of every mile I drove so I was reimbursed and they threw in the environmental fee without informing me of it at time of pickup and then I just use U-Haul again to move my stuff out of storage this last weekend I had the truck 2 days I was going to be a little late I contacted the place I rented the truck from I told him I was going to be late that the people had not come to empty the truck out for me yet he said no problem don't worry about it. Then I went to go drop off the truck I told him can I have issues with my phone it never completes the checkout so ask him when I was supposed to do was he going to come by and check out the vehicle with me he said don't worry about it just dropped the key in the Dropbox he was going to be there later in the afternoon and that he would check he would take care of it for me not to worry cuz I'm not going to get charged for another day right he said no don't worry about it I've got you just dropped the keys in the drop box so I get the email yesterday and lo and behold I was charged for a full third day so that's three strikes all three times I've had something wrong on the truck my guy is something wrong with the steering it was making the weirdest freaking ticking noise when I turn the car turn the truck the front front driver tire was low on air and I can and it was constantly losing air was constantly having to put air in it the dinging noise you made it the truck makes when you leave your key in the ignition to ding ding ding didn't matter what you did it ding ding ding until you shut the door definitely steering when you stare at it like there's a whole lot of play in it is problems with that trucks

Supposed to be open, waited over 3 hours to talk to someone and didn’t get contacted in a timely fashion. Facility dirty, and not professional. Call center employees did not provide informed advice until I reached management level.

Next time don’t leave a padlock on the truck so the customer has to go home and find it and drive all the way back.

It was hard to find the pickup location because the signs don't say which storefront it is in. The location is not a U-Haul specific store, but actually a furniture store that has a u-haul pickup inside.

Make it easier to find the store that is renting your stuff. I walked around looking for the damn door to the rental place. It sat in a dirty lot with no sign of where to go to rent the truck. I have never seen such a rinky dinky set up before??

Apparently the homeless live in the bag of the trucks at night. The dealer sadly had to clean out a mess before we were able to leave.

I did not have an issue with the store or the provider. The problem was the broken truck that was issued to me. I do not feel I should have to pay full price after my experience. The brakes on the truck were shot!! As soon as we loaded the truck and got on the freeway the BRAKE FLUID LOW light came on. I went to another third party renter, as it was the closest off of the freeway and he told me that he could not fill it up. So this resulted in me purchasing the fluid myself. This delayed my deadline not to mention put my life in danger. On top of the brake fluid, the E BREAK light stayed on the entire time and the E BRAKE it self was difficult to release via the handle. Based on this experience I would not recommend U-Hal to anyone.

This “home furnishing” place is obviously a front for selling something illegal. It was beyond sketchy. I went there at 2:00 to drop off the truck and they were supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. I walk up to the door and no one was there and there was no drop box for the key. I looked in the window and they had 4-6 pieces of furniture in there (odd for a furniture store) and no people to be found. So I decided to try to look them up to call someone... they have no website and no phone number. All I can say is that I highly recommend u-haul stops business with them and that nobody ever goes here. That is all.
