Parking lot to small to accommodate 26ft truck... Had to park on incline which caused the gas gauge to read incorrectly costing me $18 in fuel. Ridiculous.... very sad...

When I booked the truck I told the clerk that I did not want to insurance with the truck. But it was on there anyway. That is very annoying. I think you trucks are too expensive and I will be finding another option in the future.

This location is off the highway and in an open area. Let drop box is easy to locate and parking lot is large to allow for easy turnaround.

I reserved the vehicle online and declined "safe move", the website/system was not working correctly that day and changed or deleted my info after it was sent. So I have been trying to get this corrected but have yet to get any thing but one incorrect receipt after another with incorrect mileage and the safe move charges added on. The manager was struggling with the system as well when I arrived to drop off the vehicle so was unable to give me a receipt at the time, so I received it via email, and now can not get them to FIX their mistakes.

Initial reservations with costumer service representative led me to believe that both the truck and auto transport would be from the same location. After picking up truck and being told that the truck was okay. I drove to the auto transport location to discovery that no power was going to the auto transport plug. After working with auto transport representative for about an hour, two fuses were blown. I then called back to the truck location in Cedar Point, NC, but my call was redirected to a call center in North Texas. The call center representative related my problem and contact information; however; I did not receive a call from neither the Ceder Point, NC or North Texas representatives. Eventually, the auto transport located one fuse and had to leave and purchase another fuse from Sanders Ford service department. This situation could have being avoided if the Cedar Point representative would have use the power tester to verify that the auto transport power receptacle had power.
