Sad when u process all online and decline the 14 safe move coverage then at payment part you have to go I side to process and then be charged safe move 14 fee that I declined.
I would not use any other Uhaul location except this one. Cathy bends over backwards for every customer and is just a delight!!!!
Nothing. Their customer was excellent and even though the location is off the main way it was easy to find and accessible. we may need to do some more moving of furniture and will definitely use them again if it is in that area.

Unable to bring themselves to do anything to protect their customers from infection due to the fact that they don't believe there is a pandemic which will be mentioned to you while your there. U-Haul is a strong supporter of Trumpism from the ceo on down, avoid if possible.
