Have representatives more aware of trailer condition at pick up location as at the time of pick up it is often too late to make changes and last minute repairs after a trip has been planned in advance for weeks.

William BWhen we arrived at the location, there was a lockbox with the key in it. However, uhaul failed to provide us with the code to the lockbox. After multiple phone calls, we finally obtained a code 45 minutes after our arrival time. Therefore, we lost almost an hour of our paid rental time because of uhaul’s negligence. Then we were charged a late fee for arriving 30 minutes late to our drop off location, even though we lost almost an hour of our rental time waiting for uhaul to provide us with a code to the lockbox. We will not be using uhaul again. Overpriced and poorly managed.

BRUCE LNo improvements needed. Just noticed a day after pickup there was a hole in the top of the trailer. It rained the night before causing the duct tape used to patch the hole to loosen causing a few items to get wet.
Kim WThe address listed was incorrect and way too far out of town. We reserved a truck in a different location and it was changed to this one the day prior to pick up. It took too long for the on line check in as well. Uhaul needs to be clear that 2 additional contacts have to be available by phone to talk to person before you can take the truck from location. And the cell reception was also not good in the location.
