Bradley ObrienRemove the smell of death from the cargo area. Replace the extremely worn driver seat. Don’t just cover it with a cheap seat cover. Had the unit been started, the lack of brakes, steering and the battery charge fault would have been noticed and repaired before renting out again.
Reuben LosWhen a customer books a time. It’s should be ready for that time. I booked it at 10 am and never got it til 230 pm. Should be getting a bit of a refund. I booked it for 5 days and from the time I picked it up to drop off was 26 hrs. Again should be another bit of a refund. But no same price. And probably charge the other customers for a late drop off. So double dipping. My comment will probably be deleted. But I know not to deal with uhaul again anytime soon.

paul hamelThe parking lot to drop off/park the rental units is one big dirt/mud pit. Also no room to efficiently park the bigger units (like the 26ft) overall lack of parking.

Michele MicheleGilbertWhen internet order is placed, pick up location should have what you booked or reserved. Truck was fine but location could not supply a appliance dolly or even a regular dolly. Reception seamed like they didn’t care. Blamed the misconfusion back on U-Haul. We had to go buy a dolly at last minute. If we had known in advance, we could have just borrowed 1 from our neighbor.

Patrick WhiteNot the locations fault but reserved a 6 x 12 trailer over the phone with the main uhaul number. They said I had guaranteed rental and that I would not have issues getting that trailer. I told them my aunt just had issues with her booking a few days earlier and said I was concerned. Two days before my pick up date, I got called saying they did not have a trailer and the closest one was almost 8 hours away. I ended up having to downsize to a smaller trailer as that's all they had which was very inconvenient since I couldn't fit everything in the trailer and now I have to make another trip (one way is 8 hours). They also did not have any trolleys for boxes, only furniture and appliances so I had to scramble to find a trolly for my boxes. It would be nice for each location to have the stock that's been reserved, regardless of where people drop it off. Reservations should have units brought to them if they don't have it. So inconvenient and unreliable.
