Unfriendly staff, guy was not in a good mood, did not want to be there or didn’t care…my wife and I were not even greeted as we walked in, I done the greeting (seemed as I was the one working there) the original equipment that I rented was not available (simple dolly) so they made me pay more for another one (appliance dolly). The truck cab was filthy, gas was below where staff said it should be(I brought that to their attention and took pictures uploaded to the portal). Damage on the truck not disclosed but I uploaded pictures on my portal…mileage was off too. Felt like everything was off about this place, staff and equipment…would not recommend this location, 0/10; F-

Great facility for long term rental storage. Also, I rented a U-Haul van that was new and super clean. The van was awesome for a short distance move from an apartment to our new house. Great service and staff members were courteous and professional.

Well used, but well maintained and clean equipment. Customer service oriented and delightful staff. This place really elevated my opinion of the Uhaul brand! Just a seemless and good experience, soup to nuts! Couldn't get Uhaul app to take photo of milage and gas gage using it for return. Perhaps my phones fault, but more likely app issue as taking electronic photos of electronic displays can be problematic. Also, app says if it dosen't work keep going anyhow. So, they seem to know that? Regardless, receipt I got was fair and accurate. I recommend this establishment.

Do not charge the account again at return and place the original charges on hold for 5 days, use the original charges and refund the difference. My account was put in the negative and i have to wait 5 days to get my money back and have 3 kids to feed with a negative bank account. Thanks.

The U-Haul agent made mistakes with the reservation. My Last Name was misspelled; all though I checked with her 5 times to make sure that it is correct. Consequently, the email confirmation was never received. I could never display the reservation on the web due to this error. I called U-Haul to confirm that I in fact I have reservation at all. The agent was rude and condescending. The service wasn't better when we picked up and returned the truck. The "Movers Helper" reservation had issues, due to my misspelled name, I couldn't receive any communications and we had to cancel the jobs for the 2-2hrs help. Very disappointed. I would not use U-Haul for any need in the future.

I was charged $15 for safe move and I declined coverage when I booked through the u-Haul app. I was not given the dolly and 12 furniture pads when I picked up the truck initially so I had to go back in our other car to pick those up to avoid additional mileage and gas charges on the truck. The guy that works there said he hates U-Haul because they have so many issues with it and they are primarily a self storage facility.

The previous customer returned the truck late and we did not get it at our pickup time. But UHaul did not take that into account in wanting it back at 6 hours after requested start time. The website should be more clear that one needs to allow up to 30 minutes to pick up the truck as part of "How long do you need it" On the positive side, my incompetence with the phone application for return was handled very well. The support person was very understanding and helpful. Neither of these is the fault of the location.

Clean the truck. There were all sorts of metal debris aside from other debris that needed to be removed by me to not damage the furniture I was moving. It does not seem that Uhaul cleans the truck if the previous renter does not. Also, why is there two pieces of blue duct tape on the windshield?

This experience was fantastic. The 2 women there working were exceptional and beyond helpful in a stressful situation with moving. I’ve realized that even though you book something on the Uhaul site doesn’t mean you’re getting it. Blankets, moving equipment or even the truck as I witnessed when waiting for my truck. These ladies stepped up and helped. We had movers thru Uhaul that never showed up for us. They were on the phone calling local moving companies and found us movers for the day. Just amazing. Could not have been happier to deal with this particular Uhaul location.

Rented two trucks from the Nocatee/Ponte Vedra location. Everything has gone so smoothly renting from them, and I will definitely rent from them again. I’m looking into renting a storage unit. If I do, I will be renting one from there. I trust them completely!

I will NEVER use U haul for a move again. After first confirming our location they changed locations on us the day before. The second location had no moving blankets when we arrived and the truck had not been swept out. They sent us back to the first location to get blankets and then they had none either. An infuriating waste of time overall. Furthermore, when our reservation was changed additional insurance was added without our knowledge resulting in a higher bill than we originally anticipated.

Do NOT go to the u-haul 1120 Preservation Trail Ponte Vedra, Fl 32081. This was the only bad experience I've had with U-haul and it was historically bad. They were rude and unhelpful. It seemed as though this location was a do it yourself property. I have been using u-haul for over 40 years and would never have considered going anywhere else but after this experience, I'm considering it

I booked a confirmed reservation on 12th March 2023. My pick up date was 1st April 2023. So U-Haul had much prior intimation that I would be coming for pick up. When I reached the rental pick up location there was no U-Haul truck for pick up. The store manager and traffic controller had no substitute U-Haul truck for me. The call center customer representative had one U-Haul truck which was 30 to 50 miles away from me. I went through mental stress and agony for next 30 minutes. I was lucky that just at the time of store closing hours, a person returned his U-Haul truck which then I could pick up. The store manager at the rental location was very co-operative but she was helpless as U-Haul doesn’t have proper systems in place to manage back to back U-Haul bookings of truck. The U-Haul drop process was very smooth. I really appreciate the rental location store manager for all her efforts but I am extremely disappointed with U-Haul’s lack of proper systems in place for back to back bookings of U-Haul truck

they were very helpful and got me out of there efficiently. I don't like all the on-line self service you guys are building in. I'm old not so great with the mobile phone technology and it is just more information on line to get hacked. So please keep open the option to do all the admin at the counter.

My entire moving schedule was ruined. Didn’t have the truck I reserved, didn’t have it at the time I reserved it for my movers, didn’t have anything at the location I reserved. Got a call 6 hours before the reservation ended saying that the truck was stolen and I needed to return it immediately, only to be told it was a mistake when I brought the truck in, WITHOUT FINISHING MY MOVE. Completely absurd and I should be compensated for time, gas, and paying movers to come at a completely different time than scheduled. Will NOT be renting with uhaul again.

Location did not offer the appliance dolly that we reserved, so we had to drive 30 minutes round trip to a Home Depot to get a dolly to complete our move. The dolly at HD cost more to rent, plus we had to go 20 miles out of our way to get it - maybe Uhaul should reimburse us for the miles at the same rate you charge for your truck rentals??? Additionally, the rep at the location stated that the only avenue to check the truck back in was via the app, which wasn’t working on our phone. She referred us to the 800#, which we called - only to have the 800# rep say that they truck wasn’t being returned after hours and the rep at the location could check us in. After much wasted time, the rep on-site did finally check us in. Missing equipment, time/gas/money spent to get the equipment and poor customer service. That’s Zero for Three, thus the 1 star!

I've rented twice and the app doesn't work so I get charged double the regular rate. I would not recommend any company that can't get something as simple as an app to work and then has the audacity to double charge their customers because of it. I am no longer going to use U-Haul serves.

Totally unsatisfactory rental on contract 20537375. I returned the vehicle as I have in the past many times and was told I could only use the app which didn’t work and turn in the keys to the overnight box while the employee sat idle. Then I was charged an additional $20 on a $30 rental. If you can’t get your software or employees to service your customers properly I will find another rental company.

I rented a truck, dollies and pads from a nearby location. The day before the move i was notified that the location did not have pads or dolly,. The day of the actual move, I was told that the location was changed because the location I selected did not have a truck.

When making reservations I asked for a dolly it wasn't in truck. Went back to the location and asked for one. They had the biggest attitude with me about the equipment that they dont have any at the store. 👀telling me home depot rents them out. How inconvenient to me I have to stop doing what I have to do. Drive back up here cause I can't call them direct. For them to tell me I have to drive another 10mile somewhere else to get one. Smh do better
