The location was great and the staff was extremely helpful. I had a reservation at another site and reserved three dollies. Uhaul changed my reservation at the last minute and this new site did not have any dollies. Called uhaul and they said they couldnt help me. This is unacceptable.Juan G.

Alex Barros was not friendly at all. When we returned the truck at 3:10 pm he told us he had to email the receipt. When we received the receipt he had double charged us for the truck (2 days not 1) and double for the pads (6 for $10 ... not 12 for $10 per our reservation). The truck had a box in it that was labeled "Donated Human Organ Tissue" upon pickup. The gas on estimated showed 1/4 tank when it was actually 1/8 tank (and we did bring this up to Alex). We were overcharged $29.95 for the truck (an extra day for a total of $59.90), $10 for the pads (we were charged $20) plus tax. We have filed a complaint with customer service and our credit card company also. Very disappointed. Worst service from a location EVER.Michael F.

Outstanding experience. The staff was very nice, easy process, and price to rent the 26 foot truck was reasonable. The after hours on-line turn in process was fast and very easy. My only issue was the key drop off box. The staff told me that if I returned the truck after hours, just place the truck key in the drop off box just outside. When I went to do that after returning the truck I could not locate a secure drop off box. All there was was a normal looking mailbox. I was not going to leave the truck key unsecured in a normal mailbox and have someone come by and steal the truck. So I kept the key and brought it back to the business the following morning. Still a 5 star experience, but please have them install either a slot in the door or put a secure drop off container near by.Randy T.

Even though I was the only customer when I walked in these two men on the computers argued over who should help me because neither one of them wanted to. It seemed I was disturbing them. Then I put an order in two days earlier and instead of calling me before like they were supposed to, to confirm my reservation, which they didn't do, I arrive and all the things I ordered to go inside the truck we're not there. And then basically were very nonchalant about not having the parts that I needed. They didn't care that that put me out, if they did confirm my reservation we could've gone over that and I would've gone to another location instead of coming to them. This location is closest to me, but I will never go back.Teresa T.

This location is awful, i have rented from UHaul many times before and never had an issue, but the service here was just deplorable, and the employee was not truthful.
