Oladipupo FWarm welcoming environment, attentive to the customers needs. The gentleman that met with me was out going and conveyed a sense of care and even engaged in brief conversation about my moving and remodeling experience coming from Puerto Rico, to New York and now to Georgia. I absolutely would recommend this location in particular, this U-Haul rental has clean, modern, keyless start mechanism Smart cars which was completely were unexpected. Kudos! ~Jack~

Angela SEverything went pretty smoothly. I was able to do everything from my phone. The only thing that I would say is that the ‘approval’ process was lengthy and time consuming. I didn’t know I would have to wait for the company to verify me by calling two references I provided. This process took a little bit too long. I had the truck to move a mattress so I had it less than 4 hours. But overall the experience was good.
Alexandrea HI've had some bad experiences lately with customer service and was beginning to think it was a thing of the past. Then, I rented a cargo van from Compass. They made check-out and check-in not just easy, but a pleasure. I dealt with Rick and Nikki and they made this a painless and pleasant experience. No upsell, no grief. Enjoyable conversation. Just a couple GenX'rs talking music while waiting. They were right, that new Pearl Jam album is really good! I will be using Compass for all my rental and if the need arises, storage needs. HIGHLY recommended

KIMBERLY WThe only thing I have to complain about is the contract. When I picked up my truck I had to check I agree on several agreement contracts. One was that I would either fill the gas tank back to where it was or I would agree to pay $4 per gallon to fill the tank back to where it was. AFTER I RETURNED THE TRUCK I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED $5.25 A GALLON. I told them that wasn't the agreement but they said it was something they hadn't changed yet?!!! SERIOUSLY....I would bet if I wanted to change anything in the agreement they wouldn't allow it......NOT GOOD BUSINESS. It actually was just a difference of a few dollars, BUT IT'S THE POINT AND PRINCIPLE.....

Jeff WI waited over an hour and a half to get my U-haul. My truck they assigned me wasn’t even there and the lady took her sweet time helping me, she even had the door locked at one point. I got there at 10:30 and had to pick my sister up at 11 so she waited over an hour. Terrible start to my moving day and really delayed my move.

Tasha BUnfortunately, I was moving by myself and had requested a furniture dolly which i found wasn’t provided during my after hours pickup. I called customer service and they provided a refund for the fee, but not having the equipment I counted on made my move much more challenging.
Mary HWhen I arrived, the key was not in the lockbox. I had to get on the phone, and eventually found one of the other lockboxes had a key for a different truck in it, and I had to take it instead. Also, the a/c in the truck I had did not work very well.

CAROLINE BI have used this location twice both times I had a reservation but both times the computer was down. The last time it was down when I went to pick up and I returned it the same day placed the keys in the ladies hand who once again. Stated the computer was down. She stated she would check me out the next day. Well on the very next day I received a text asking me to call scout the rental since it showed still being out. I spoke to a person on the line and explains what I wrote above and they said no problem it would be taken care of. Well I records the bill by email and it charged me 2 days instead of one. I had to call and email over pictures I took that shows the time stamp of when I took them and the odometer reading to get this corrected. No I can’t recommend this location and personally I won’t use that particular location again. Derick Craft

DAVID DBlankets were not in vehicle at pickup. Area manager took care of personally solving problem by dropping off pads approximately an hour later. Great service by him.
