tanya pI reserved a dolly & furniture dolly and neither were available at that location when we arrived.. I think that if a location does not have items when you place reservation make then unavailable to choose on the website. So that when a person arrives you are not met with the fact that the item that you need during your move is not available. The gm and representative were both friendly and very helpful.

micheal cAllow a little more time to reply to inspection query after picking up. My link expired within 15 minutes of being sent, and I was in the middle of moving things out of my storage unit. My rental location was very accommodating though when I was finally able to speak with them about an issue that was detected. Staff are pleasant, professional and very accommodating.

Camesha JWhen re-scheduling for the fourth time, a truck for a customer after confirming the vehicle is available, it's expected that U-Haul have that truck for the customer. Discount on miles that could not be used is unacceptable! Providing a van and lying about the amount of space available for specific items that customer need to fit in the vehicle is unacceptable! Not taking corrective measures to fix an error on U-Haul's end is unprofessional and very unacceptable. Customer service was extremely poor, call center workers need better training. Neighborhood dealerships need better accountability and honesty!
Carmen RI haven't rented a truck in years. I needed a cargo van for a local move of some furniture. The online process was easy. The staff at the center where I picked up was friendly and helpful. I was able to use the lock box for the key drop off when I returned the van. It was an easy process and I would recommend this location in McDonough, GA and would use them again if needed. People are quick to post negative comments but I wanted to take the time to say thank you for a good experience. Keep up the good work!
