I was told if I deposit the $1700, I’ll get a refund back(if I return it before 4days). I returned the truck the next day and had to pay an extra $400 for some reason. No damages or nothing

JEREMY KThe individual at Wicked Customz was pleasant courteous and helpful. UHAUL, however, was not "customer helpful". When I first contacted UHAUL, there was mild pressure to instantly make a reservation to save possible price increases and to ensure that the specified equipment was available at a convenient location of our choosing. I made the reservation a month ahead of time and chose a location ~1 mile from our location (several locations were available in the modest size city). The day prior to pick-up, I received the final confirmation call with information including a pickup location in a town 30 miles distant. Nothing available any closer; no way to have the trailer transported to the city we were in.
Leonard GMake sure information is passed onto the next person and so customer can get what they reserve for. But, overall the place serve customer very well.
Chan VCustomer service and equipment was spot on. Good communication. Excellent place to go.
