The gentleman who helped with the rental was great but he did not know what to do and took him almost 2 hours for me to get my tow dolly. And then when I got the equipment it was broken and the left signal wire was either cut or severely damaged by something. The store that is uhaul is not very efficient in the way it handles business with credit/debit cards with uhaul purchases.Courtney C.

Contractor is ok, but the lady employee is unpleasant to deal with, need to improve her costumer service, other then that is ok, equipment is in grate shape like all ways.maria M.

Arvin uhaul had 3 pieces of equip. and is run by a hard ware store. no yard person so i had to wait until the clerk finished sales to help me. your equip. was parked along side of the road no yard, an as you know it has been raining so the eq was setting in water. all the eq was lined up the piece for me was in the middle and so i had to jack knife my truck to get close to the ball hitch and the traffic had to go around me as my truck was blocking 3/4 of one land so i became a signal man and directed traffic. the safety chains did not have the rubber safety locks so the chains would not jump off, he did have some spares to put on. my moving blankets were not in the trailer and he had to go an find some singles that was short one. when i told him i was short one he says tell clerk at drop off mark one off. he did the checks for signals and brakes ok and the trailer was clean inside.Edward R.

I just contacted the better business bureau for unauthorized charges, utter lack of customer regard, and neglect by the manager assigned to resolve my case. U haul has lost myself, entire family, and all my friends' business for life.Greg R.

They did not overlook the trailer or help hook it up or check lights when i rented it. It had trash in it and when i dropped it off no help then WILL NOT recommend this place to anyoneLeonord R.
Have more trucks and trailers available.. I almost when to a other location because nothing was available the night before moving.. First time using UHAUL and I'll be using them in the futurePILLAR L.
At least they were open! What an experience. Only place open until 7:30pm on a Sunday, truck broke down and we desperately needed a way to haul. Service was awful, they gave us a dirty truck, could not locate our paid in full reservation and never actually checked it out to us (I was called the next day at my arrival destination asking if I still needed the truck I didn't pick up). All that can be overlooked...at least they were open; all others had horrific hours in the area. Closed on Sunday!? When do people move other than the weekend?Robin W.

i WENT TO RESERVE TRUCK ON UNION AVE BAKERSFIELD, I HAD OWED MONEY FROM BEFORE, THEY TOOK MONEY BUT DID NOT CLEAR MY ACCOUNT, ALSO MY PAPER SAID STORE OPENED AT 7:00 AM, WHICH DID NOT OPEN TILL 8. i HAD 3 WORKERS WITH ME TO HELP ME. THEY WERE GOING TO QUIT ON ME CAUSE WE DID NOT GET OUT OF LOCATION TILL 9. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA MONEY. I ASLO WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR ALL MY TROUBLE, BUT HAVE YET TO SEE.LINDA M.

Went to lebec store first and they were not there to give quote. Also hours at Lebec are too short. One friend took three hours to complete transaction. I hope my reservations go smooth on th 19th.Timothy S.

Get your stuff Straightened out at central site. The guy at Arvin pulled up the order and everything froze up on your cite. It took over an hour to get it because you guys just put him on hold on the phone. He was mad at you guys and I'm mad as hell at you.GARY B.
Needs to know uhaul terms and prices. He charged us an extra day and didn't explain why or gave us the option to opt from the insurance the extra day we were charged. And Joann the retail customer service girl was extremely poor and rude.SUSAN L M.

Have someone over the age of 18 perform the checkout procedures, not a child in which was done with me, and avoid over charging the customer and then make excuses as to why things went crazy. I was very upset and frustrated with the whole experience and hope not to have to use them again. The child informed me that he had to train the adults and assist them get there certificates in order to obtain the U-haul contract and also he was the one who designed the store.michael J.
