Le propriétaire ne fonctionne pas avec les réservations internet on a été chanceux pcq qu'il avait un rendez vous ce matin là donc il était sur place sinon on aurait pas eu de camion et il n'avait pas le diable que j'avais demander. Il était très bête

this business is closed during week-end and the sale representant is assigned to large territory (our understanding). He was unable to be present at time of drop off. Our understanding is that he could reimburse. If so why would St-Hubert would request the additional $100. We know (proof presented to the person) that from time to time they could avoid to apply this deposit
