The owner was pleasant and helpful. However, this location does not have furniture pads or the hand truck I ordered online, nor other supplies that I've seen at other local locations.

When you transfer a reservation to another dealer it sure would be nice if you forwarded that information. We were to pickup our trailer at 8:00 from another dealer but it was not available so the info got transfered. We did not get our trailer until 10:30-11:00 or later. Inexcusable inefficiency from UHaul.

They overcharged me by a day bc the guy doing the check in was busy renting another unit to someone and didn’t check in the truck for an hour. I turned the truck in at 10:15 and I was supposed to be returned at 10:45. He didn’t check the truck in until 11:15.

After a change in location from the initial return location, I had to go to this place. They had no idea we were coming and the man was a but "short" in terms of his attitude. The place was cool as he sells upscale vehicles and I enjoyed looking while he did his check in. Definately did not feel welcome but rather an interruption in his day!

No one was there when I showed up to drop the trailer off, this after being set around to 2 other locations, then driving 45 minutes to this location all at the direction of Uhaul. Ended up leaving the trailer near some Uhaul trucks and leaving without talking to anyone. Called Uhaul after and they said they would check it in? Seemed strange.

We walked in and no one was in line. I told the guy we were there for my reservation for a 6x12 trailer and he sighed heavily and said “he’d have to move 20 trucks” but when we walked back there he’d only moved one and there were maybe 6 trucks back there total. Then he wasn’t very clear on directions and I asked him if I needed to return the rental in 24 hours or if it just needed to be dropped off some time on the 28th to which he replied “we’ll go over that later” and we never did. He was just unpleasant and didn’t answer any of my questions, hope I don’t get charged for having it a little longer than 24 hours.

I was told by pick-up agent I could drop the truck at any U-haul Location, Simply not true . I ended up getting in a very precarious situation with a 26 foot truck because the Rude person where I went to drop off sent me away. The next place didnt have record of me dropping it off until we were almost done.

Nothing...I only wished I had found this place the 1st time we rented a U-haul truck...we used the one on Rt 1 in Stuart at a gas station and he tried to scam us on mileage and charged us a $200 CASH deposit!

The gentleman who signed equipment in was rude, very sharp. I was told I could drop it off at nearest dealer and he did nothing but complain about it. “Scott” needs to learn a little customer care and lighten up!

Terrible customer service. Only one person there knew how to take care of the computer end of it and he wasn’t there when I arrived to pick up. And his coworkers were horrifically unfriendly. U-Haul should not be using this as one of their locations

There was an employee in the location, a car dealership, who was the only one able to process the trailer return, and he was trying to sell cars, obviously. I waited while other employees milled about and played on their phones without even a hello, or a 'how can I help you?' I walked all over the dealership looking for someone to just tell me where to go when finally I asked out loud if anyone actually worked there. Someone then pointed to a guy who was on the phone with a car sales customer and said only he could assist me. He was obviously perturbed at that point, so wasn't very helpful. I received no paperwork, nor even a confirmation, that the equipment had been returned and was in good shape and working order. Very weird... Won't be going back there!

Communication was nonexistent, and I’m not sure if that’s because of uhaul as a company or this particular uhaul location. I had made a reservation on Monday to rent a uhaul Saturday and was told I would receive a call about pick up but never did. So I called the 1-800-uhaul number asking about it and they said I would be going to the location I picked. When I got there the next morning at my pick up time of 10am, they said they didn’t have a vehicle for me. At 10:30ish a different location called asking if I still needed the uhaul, but that place had never even contacted me prior to 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. It was very frustrating and set our move back by an hour and a half.

This is the worst of all, you to get a dealer. Cheated on gas, charged on pads when I returned the balance in Nashville. Took back clean they charged $85 For cleaning. What a RIP off. The extra days was authorized in Nashville because of very bad weather and could not load..

The trailer was EXTREMELY old with dents and scratches all over it. The location called about 40 min before pickup time asking when we were coming. The man said he had errands to run so he was trying to be considerate to us by checking on pickup time but he was really doing this in a self-serving way. Upon pickup, the agent actually stated at one point that he wished we were not bringing this back to his location because he didn’t want to come in in a Sunday. He also could not provide us with a copy of the contract since his printer was broken. He could not email us the contract or send it to another printer in the location because the two systems didn’t work with each other. We took the trailer without a contract since we had no choice. It seemed like an extremely shady business. I would not recommend this location to anyone else.

When I went online I ordered mattress bags, when we got there we were told they did not carry any supplies mattress bags, furniture pads, gabs truck, etc. I tried to call the location the day before, made three attempts always went to voice mail.

The uhaul representative overbooked me by 312.00= I was directed to drop off truck at a place that has no key drop. They lost key and charged me 6day rental on a 5hour move. I wanted 24moving blankets.got 6and they charged me 80dollars just for the pad rental. My IRS check is due to bounce over these fraudulent charges. IM glad I call 1800 number and provided details and mileage when I dropped vehicle. Cover yourself with the insurance people. This guy in Stuart at continental is a crook. And I tipped him when he rented the truck/

Uhaul needs to communicate with the site. I made a reservation outside business hours and they had no idea about it. Thank goodness a mechanic showed up eventually and could help us, as there was no truck associated with our rental. I typically have rented from Budget and this was the first time trying Uhaul and I have to say I will NOT rent again..and will share this experience with friends and family. It took us over 45 minutes to get a truck and that is ridiculous!

What is wrong with your customer service department? My rental experience was terrible. I called and got a case number and was told I would get a call back within three days. As of this day I have heard from no one . I also asked the return agent to have someone call me. Nothing. Bad tires, blowouts, no agent on duty at time of return. I am surprised you are still in business. No I would not recommend this service to a friend however I have told everyone I see about this experience good luck in the future you will need it. I rented an 5x8 enclosed trailer. It would have been helpful for the Trailer to have a jack to lift the tongue of the trailer. I had to haul a floor jack and jack stand to lift onto the hitch.
