George MThe original location did not have truck. I hsd to drive over 20 miles to get truck. I had to extend truck twice snd it took over two hours to do this. I returned truck and and still was charged extra. Not pleased at all.

Douglas EI plan to call customer service this week regarding the terrible and tear shedding experience I had dealing with you all. I will never use uhaul again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never use you guys. This has been the worst moving experience I have ever had and being military I have had to relocate quite a few times. This company needs to totally rebuild because what you’re doing now is causing your customers more stress on top of what is already a stressful situation.

Ken HWe were scheduled for pick up over 2 hours away from our location. The truck and auto transport were at two different locations. If we had been a single individual, we would not have been able to complete the move. There would not have been a way to leave a vehicle to pick up the truck. Very inconvenient as U-Haul did not notify us of the pick up location until the day before. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

John KThe back of the truck was dirty and I had to swipe it out before loading my furniture into it, and I swipe it out before turning it back in... I did like the lower deck on the truck, it made loading and unloading very easy...

ray jUsed the app and truck was not at the location requested. Drove to where the app claimed the truck was at. Not all equipment such as dollies and covers were available. Location was to open at 8. I left after specified opening time without the equipment due to no access to other items.

wendy hEquipment wasn’t ready for us and had to drive to a different location to pick up pads and utility dolly. Gal was short I asked her to call the other uhaul location to deliver the missing items to our house and all she did was call and ask if they had the items.
Steven FNot open on the weekends. Did a check in on the app. The back of the truck hadn't been swept on the inside and fuel was off from what was posted. The app needs work because it wouldn't let me post any pictures when it requested the pictures to document discrepancy. I ordered a dolly for the move but wasn't in the truck. The customer service lady I talked to over the phone at corporate (1800-go-uhaul) was great though. She made notes indicating the issue and scheduled a refund for the dolly. Simple job couldn't be completed by the people at this location.
