Eddie, the owner, was very helpful in recommending the best trailer for my job. He helped get it all hooked up and taking care of the paperwork. Very easy. Excellent price too.

Very friendly folks
Tim BLeft and right turn signal lights on the trailer itself were operating in opposite to what they should have. I have a commercial truck that operates other trailers fine, but not this one. This created a very dangerous situation for me as a traversed the interstate highways for about 1200 miles. The hookup testing went fine, but we only tested the flashers, not each turn signal individually. Go figure someone had them crossed. Anyway, the man renting the trailer was great, the trailer itself worked fine, the blinkers get an "F."

DAWN HThe location is fine, but it was 45 minutes away when there are THREE U-Haul facilities within 2 miles of my house, and one of them had SEVERAL of the same truck I was renting. I don't understand this.

KATHLEEN PThe Coolidge location has moved! And your own internal web-based tracking sent me to the wrong damn address! The Chandler AZ location didn't have a truck for out of state moves so they sent me the address of the Coolidge location to go get one... and the place was abandoned! 10 miles later we found them... What a joke, truck was somewhat clean, but not really.
Rodney CEddie Garcia is very personable and wants you to have a good experience with your rental needs. He stayed a little after closing to allow us to pick up the trailer and was very articulate explaining the contract. U-Haul is lucky to have Mr. Garcia as your representative.
