I did a self drop off, where to park could have been more clear but it was very simple once I found a decent spot to park. The key drop off box what visible which was great so I would have to hunt for it

The older gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful. Renting a truck is just that, renting a truck. It is the people that work at the place that make a difference and this gentleman definitely made the difference. I recommend this location.

Tommy HatcherI thought I might be late to return the vehicle so I called uhaul to see what to do about it. The uhaul rep told me since no body was waiting for my vehicle I could keep it an extra day no charge. This was great until after I turned it in I received a 95$ charge for the extra day. I am not happy because it's possible I could have turned it in on time and only called to see what the procedure would be if late. To some up, I was told I would get a free day no need to turn in on time, only to be charged anyway for that day. Not good

Jay AyersI made a reservation three weeks in advance for a 15-footer for a move from Mount Juliet to Lebanon, Tennessee. When I called the day before to make sure we were good, I was told there was no reservation. I had to book again for the next day. All I got was a very old and beaten up 10-footer and had to pick it up and drop it off from a place further away from home; still in Nashville, but not as I planned. Instead of 2 or 3 trips I had to make 5 to get the job done. The person in charge of the truck in the new location was friendly and helpful, kudos to him.

Chris BerryMake the waypoint to determining a person's location be more approximate. I had trouble picking up a truck by mobile pickup because of this issue. It costed me about an hour to call a representative to assist me with the process of picking the truck but even after that, I didn't get the right key combination and didn't end up using the truck even though I paid for it. I was forced to get another truck on the same day and I am still struggling to get my refund back.

William MacLeanI returned the dolly at 3pm on Friday, turns out that the U-Haul staff leaves at 2pm on Fridays! Even though the website states the hours are 9am till 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. Am so glad this was a neighborhood location / vehicle service - repairs. The man there was great to deal with even though he was not exactly familiar with return procedure. As a note I would definitely trust him to work on vehicles based on the shops appearance and talking with him..

Miguel GaviriaWe never received the promised phone call the day before our rental pickup. We drove to the location I set as ournpick up spot, and were told the location had changed. We had to wait forever to get our truck and tow dolly, and the location didn't have an appliance dolly even though we had reserved one. When connecting our tow dolly, the attendant had next to no knowledge, and left out some key information. Not a great experience.

I spoke with a customer service rep who was extremely helpful in figuring this out. It took almost a hour to pickup my rental. I would like to speak with someone about a refund for this inconvenience.
Brittany HaynesThe distributor/partner (Cooper’s Auto) lied about the amount of gas present at pick-up and I have photo verification proof that was taken and time-stamped AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP. Also, the back of the truck was FILTHY and required me to both sweep and mop it.

CHRIS NIEZURAWSKIThe Coopers Automotive drop off facility in Nashville was a challenge. A very difficult parking lot to navigate. There were several cars taking up space, a steep hill, and a tight area to back the trailer in. The employee (owner?) asked me to back the trailer down a hill and put it on a flat surface and disconnect it. This was a challenge and they didn’t even stay to guide when backing up. It took several minutes to find an employee as well when I arrived.
